Ограничителей во времени по вопросу, когда его начинать, на всю глубину предстоящего холодного сезона практически нет. Скорее всего, начнем тогда, когда сочтем оптимальной для этого комбинацию как чисто военного соотношения сил, продолжающего изменяться в нашу пользу с каждым месяцем, так и всей совокупности заслуживающих внимания геополитических факторов.

Сам по себе момент, который будет выбран, будет говорить очень многое уже о нашем целеполагании.

France's ambassador in Niger is being held hostage at the French embassy by the military junta which has seized power in Niger, President Emmanuel Macron said on Friday.

"As we speak, we have an ambassador and diplomatic members which are being literally held hostage at the French embassy, and food is prevented from being delivered. They're eating military rations," Macron told reporters during a visit to Burgundy.

Methinks the Frenchman doth protest too much.
