Russian army death toll confirmed through social networks and events. The information has been collected by anti-Putin people but it is generally quite reliable, the trend is clearly downwards and there are not many KIA lately.
However, the number is likely to be higher.
LDPR do publish their casualty report on a weekly basis and it is around 4000, Russia probably has another 4000 so it is most likely that the allied troops have lost about 8000-9000 people permanently (Killed In Action).

The Ukrainian Terrorist Army strike against Novaya Kakhovka hit a saltpeter depot, not an ammunition depot. This is in contrast to the recent strike in the Donbass, which did hit an ammunition depot, which was inadvertently leaked on the internet by an overzealous local volunteer organizer/government bureaucrat.

There are high-credibility reports of Ukrainian troops withdrawing in smaller groups from Seversk and Soledar, with trucks full of stolen property from burglared residential dwellings of local civilians. The same pattern is starting, but is not as apparent in Artyomovsk (Bakhmut).

❗️About the situation in Mariupol🔻

MARIUPOL, July 14. /TASS/. Water supplies in Mariupol will be resumed already in July, Mariupol’s Mayor Konstantin Ivashchenko told TASS.

"Water is already supplied to all districts of the city, but is flows by gravity so far. Pumps are not yet operational because of numerous leaks," he said, adding that repair works are conducted seven days a week.

"I am sure with will cope with this problem already this month," he stressed.

According to the mayor, shops and pharmacies are opening in the city. "At least two pharmacies are already working. Two shops have been opened on the left bank and another two in the city. We are in negotiations with suppliers. We plan to open more shops already this month," he said.

Mariupol is the largest city on the Azov Sea coast, a large seaport and a key metallurgical center in Donbass. The battles for Mariupol erupted on February 25 and the city was totally blocked. On April 21, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu reported to President Vladimir Putin that the city has been completely liberated. He noted that the Kiev regime had declared the city as an "actual temporary capital of the Donetsk region" in 2014. According to Shoigu, over eight years Mariupol had been turned into "a stronghold and a shelter to Ukrainian radical nationalists.".

Mariupol authorities plan to resume operation of the city’s passenger port to link the city with Russia’s Rostov-on-Don and Black Sea cities, Ivashchenko told.

"We plan to resume operation of the passenger port, which will be linked with the Black Sea and with Rostov-on-Don, and even upstream of the Don River," he said.

According to the mayor, the city’s cargo port has already resumed operation. "We have a large port, but its operation was hindered due to electricity shortages," he said, adding that following the commissioning of a 35kV substation in early June, the cost of loading works decreased significantly.

"As of today, ships loaded with rolled metal products are sailing off practically every week. We receive building materials. We are looking at receiving two 200-tonne power converters. So, it is already a quite large logistics hub," he stressed, adding however that as of yet the port is linked with Russian ports only.

Mariupol’s Ilyich and Azovmash metallurgical works will be restored not earlier than the summer of 2023, the city’s mayor, Ivashchenko told.

According to the mayor, the two plants will be restored because the city’s industrial potential should be high.

"Technically, it will be possible [to restore the plants] not earlier than the next summer. In 2023," he said.

According to the mayor, a lot of repair and restoration works are to be done at these plants. "But I am sure Mariupol will be proud of its jobs," he stressed.

In his first interview with TASS after his appointment in early April, Ivashchenko said he was interested in the restoration of these two plants.

Before being appointed Mariupol’s mayor on April 6, Ivashchenko was director of Azovmash, which was Ukraine’s biggest machine-building plant.

The headquarters of the territorial defense announce that the Allied forces liberated Novodonetskoye, Neskuchnoye, Oktyabr, Mironovka, Red Plowman, Companies, Vidrodzhennya, Copper Ore, Kamenka.
Judging by everything, further actions of the troops of Russia and Donbass in this direction will be focused on creating a bridgehead north of Avdiivka.

Some of these village names translated into English so they don’t make sense.

First line of Ukrainian defenses of Avdeyevka is broken, Mash Donbass telegram announced, DPR troops are occupying the trenches and fortifications. Avdeeyevka is a the industrial suburb of Donetsk that was being prepared by Ukrainian army to withstand frontal attacks during 8 years. From there, Donetsk residential quarters are shelled regularly causing heavy civilian death toll and property damage in Donetsk.

Avdeyevka is extremely hard to take, if assaulted frontally. Some experts consider that bombardment of Avdeyevka could trigger an ecologic disaster, since Avdeyevka coke and chemical plant is located there. From the other hand, frontal assault may be very costly in terms of potential losses the attacking side may sustain, breaking deeply layered defense lines.

Until now it was expected that Avdeyevka, despite heavy civilian life losses in Donetsk, would be taken after the fall of Kramatorsk and Slaviansk, from the rear. Apparently, the sustained savagery of the Ukrainian shelling, made the the command change that sad, but militarily explainable decision.

Please pray for the men who stood up to deliver Donetsk from suffering, daring to go against impenetrable defenses the cold-blooded killers of the AFU made with only one objective - keep killing with impunity. #whywefight #breaking

There are war correspondents already present in Seversk. I assume that they have not been given the go ahead to share anything yet. It’s smart to be cautious. Seversk is very difficult to defend, and the worst PR nightmare would be of the Ukrainians try a counterattack after the city is declared liberated.

Fake news:
The Russian Armed Forces have hit a maternity hospital and a medical center in Vinnytsia. Volodymyr Zelensky and the Ukrainian media claim this.

The fact:
The missiles struck the Officers' Club, converted into a temporary military accommodation facility under martial law. The missiles struck two wings of the building and the landing points are clearly visible in the pictures from different angles. The central part of the building, where the hall for entertainment events is located, was not damaged.

Damage to the medical center, which the Ukrainian side has positioned as one of the targets of the attack, was caused by the spread of the blast wave and flying shrapnel. The building contained MRI and X-ray equipment. Combined with disinfectants, they caused a major fire. A direct hit would have left the medical center with no walls. Photos show bent metal structures and pieces of mineral wool, that most certainly were a factor in the fire, can be seen in the car park next to the building.

The first videos and photos clearly show a big crowd of people in military uniforms, including men armed with automatic rifles. This serves evidence that refutes the Ukrainian side's claim about the Officers' Club being used solely as a civilian facility.

The building housed the barracks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the Air Force command. Foreign mercenaries were also trained there. Journalist Oleksandr Stolyarov from Vinnytsia wrote about it. On his page in social networks, he asks a direct question - why the Ukrainian media and Telegram channels write about the strikes in the medical center and consumer services center "Jubilee", but overlook the information about the direct hit in two wings of the House of Officers. And he wonders why the military infrastructure is located directly in the center of the city, populated by civilians.
