Сьогодні був важливий і хороший день. Уранці з нагоди Дня Державності мав честь привітати й відзначити нагородами наших захисників і захисниць. «Золоті Зірки» Героям України, «Хрести бойових заслуг», ордени Богдана Хмельницького, ордени «За мужність». Мав честь вручити і почесні відзнаки бойовим бригадам та прикордонним загонам. Щасливий, що в нас є такі воїни.

Вручив і паспорти громадянина України нашим юним хлопцям та дівчатам. Серед них – діти наших воїнів, діти наших загиблих героїв. Діти. Держава може й повинна відкрити для них абсолютно всі можливості жити гідно, цивілізовано, безпечно. Жити вільно! Для кожного нового покоління українців і українок. Дуже вірю в ці нові покоління, у наших дітей. І вдячний їм за віру в Україну.

Today was an important and good day. In the morning on the occasion of Statehood Day, I had the honor to congratulate and award our defenders. Gold Stars to Heroes of Ukraine, Crosses of Combat Merit, orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, orders For Courage... I also had the honor of presenting honored marks of distinction to combat brigades and border units. Happy that we have such warriors.

I also handed over passports of citizens of Ukraine to our young boys and girls. Among them are the children of our soldiers, the children of our fallen heroes... Children. The state can and should open absolutely all opportunities for them to live in a dignified, civilized, and safe way. Live freely! For each new generation of Ukrainian men and women. And I really believe in these new generations, in our children. And I am grateful to them for their faith in Ukraine.

I thank everyone who helps strengthen Ukraine! Thanks to everyone who is in battle now!

Мав честь особисто привітати й нагородити воїнів Сил спеціальних операцій з нагоди їхнього професійного дня. Вони завжди на найбільш гарячих ділянках фронту, на найбільш відповідальних, особливих завданнях.

З того, про що можна зараз говорити, звичайно, – це участь у ключових бойових операціях. Бахмут зокрема. Авдіївка, Красногорівка, Марʼїнка. Соледар. Разом з усіма боронили Київ і Гостомель, Бучу, Ірпінь, Мощун, Макарів. Острів Зміїний – це теж ССО разом із розвідкою, разом із «альфівцями» та Військово-Морськими силами. Кінбурнська коса. Херсон. Зараз – звільнення Старомайорського, це теж результат, зокрема, ССО.

Хай кожна втрата Росії буде розплатою за її зло і хай кожен окупант, кожен російський убивця, усі відповідальні за цей терор проти України та українців знають – поки ще живі, – що справедливість перемагає. Україна переможе!

Дякую всім, хто наближає нашу перемогу! Вічна памʼять кожному й кожній, хто віддав своє життя заради України!

I congratulated and had the honor to personally congratulate, shake hands, and award warriors of the Special Operations Forces on the occasion of their professional day. They are always at the hottest areas of the front, on the most responsible, special tasks.

What we can talk about now, of course, is participation in key combat operations. Bakhmut in particular, Avdiyivka, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka. Soledar. Together with everyone, they defended Kyiv and Hostomel, and Bucha, and Irpin, and Moschun, and Makariv. Snake Island – also SOF together with intelligence, together with the Alpha group and the Navy. Kinburn Spit. Kherson. Now – the liberation of Staromayorske, this is also a result, in particular, of the SOF.

Let every loss of Russia be retribution for its evil, and let every occupier, every Russian murderer, all those responsible for this terror against Ukraine and Ukrainians know – while they are still alive – that justice wins. Ukraine will win!
