Millions of Ukrainians are focused on one thing day after day. Not on themselves, not on their own desires, but on defending the state and their lives. But unfortunately, some people think that the war is somewhere far away from them. As if the dome of the Verkhovna Rada, or the walls of some offices, or a list of some powers can shield from reality.

No one will forgive MPs, judges, "military commissars" or any other officials for putting themselves in opposition to the state. For some, it's about islands and resorts during the war, for others it's about lining one's pockets in the military enlistment office, for others it's about bribes in the courts. For any public official, this is a betrayal of state principles, a betrayal of the interests of society.

When everyday you search for weapons for the state, when all the attention is on providing artillery, missiles, drones, when you constantly see and feel the moral strength gained for Ukraine by our warriors, our people, who are doing everything possible and impossible for the victory and preservation of freedom, any internal betrayal, any "beach" or any personal enrichment instead of Ukraine's interests triggers fury at the very least. Fury. Remember that.

I want all MPs and officials to hear me now. You must work. In Ukraine and for the sake of the Ukrainian people. I am grateful to those MPs who are truly working for the interests of the state. And those who think about spending more time abroad and look for "profitable" trips so that they can combine them with business, friends or "beaches" – there will not be any of you.

Щоденний селектор. Заслухав поточні звіти про постачання зброї та боєприпасів. Є підсилення для нашої системи ППО. Його спрямують туди, де зараз найбільше потрібно.

Сьогодні день, який варто завершити особливою подякою всім нашим воїнам ППО за кожну збиту російську ракету.
Зараз дані ще уточнюються, але, за попередніми доповідями, лише протягом сьогоднішнього ракетного нальоту вдалося збити понад 30 ракет – абсолютну більшість із тих, що були застосовані проти нас.
Є кілька влучань, є й падіння уламків ракет. Але дуже важливо, що зухвалість цієї атаки вдалося знищити. ППО – молодці!

Дякую кожному й кожній, хто береже українське небо. І ми щодня працюємо для того, щоб у наших воїнів було більше й більше можливостей для захисту України, наших міст і людей. Сьогоднішній день не став винятком.

Сьогодні відбулося перше екстрене засідання Ради Україна – НАТО. Ми домовлялися про це засідання з Генсеком НАТО Єнсом Столтенбергом, і буквально за кілька днів зібрали Раду. І Єнс, і всі держави-союзники відреагували оперативно та солідарно.

Today is a day that should end with a special gratitude to all our air defense warriors for every Russian missile shot down.
The data is still being clarified, but according to preliminary reports, more than 30 missiles were shot down during today's missile attack alone - the vast majority of those used against us.
There were a few hits, and some missile fragments fell. But it is very important that the audacity of this attack was destroyed. The air defense units did a great job!

I am grateful to everyone who protects the Ukrainian sky. And we work every day to ensure that our warriors have more and more opportunities to defend Ukraine, our cities and people. Today is no exception.

Today, the first emergency meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council took place. We agreed on this meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, and we convened the Council in just a few days. Both Jens and all Allies responded promptly and in solidarity.

Сьогодні день тих людей, чия професія – бути захистом життя. День українських медичних працівників і працівниць. Усіх наших лікарів, усіх наших медичних сестричок, усіх наших бойових медиків. Саме в цій роботі чи не найкраще видно, що таке цивілізованість, що таке людяність, як люди вміють жити й працювати заради інших людей. Я дякую вам, шановні українські медики, за вашу професійність, за ваше служіння й за кожне врятоване вами життя!

Розпочали робочий день у Дніпрі. Виїзна Ставка в зоні відповідальності ОСУВ «Таврія». Ситуація на фронті, перебіг наступальних та оборонних дій. Доповіді Головкома Залужного, командувачів Тарнавського та Сирського. Дані розвідки – Буданов.

Пильна увага до забезпечення військ боєприпасами. Доповіді

Результативність використання наявних систем ППО та підсилення повітряного щита з урахуванням майбутніх надходжень – командувач Повітряних сил Олещук.

Ранок почали з роботи на Дніпровщині.

Провів виїзну Ставку. Ситуація на фронті, перебіг наших наступальних та оборонних дій, дані розвідки. Як і завжди, пильна увага до забезпечення військ боєприпасами.
Результативність використання наявних систем ППО та підсилення повітряного щита з урахуванням постачання від партнерів. Завершується всеохопна перевірка ТЦК: 11 областей на особливому контролі.

Також сьогодні мав нагоду привітати з минулим днем народження Головнокомандувача Збройних Сил України Валерія Залужного (він народився 8 липня) і командувача Сухопутних військ Збройних Сил України Олександра Сирського (він народився 26 липня). Нагородив генерала Залужного іменною вогнепальною зброєю. Генерал-полковнику Сирському подарував картину, яка відображає подвиг українських воїнів і повагу до них.

The efficiency of using the existing air defense systems and reinforcing the sky shield, taking into account supplies from partners. A comprehensive inspection of the military enlistment offices is being finalized, with 11 regions under special control.

Also today, I had the opportunity to congratulate Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhny, who was born on July 8, and Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky, who was born on July 26. I awarded General Zaluzhny with a personalized firearm. I also presented Colonel General Syrsky with a painting that depicts the heroism of Ukrainian warriors and respect for them.

У хірургічному відділенні лікарні поспілкувався з дітьми, які лікуються після мінно-вибухових травм, яких вони зазнали під час обстрілів регіону. 

Дякую нашим медикам за велику роботу. За те, що повертають до життя дітей, зокрема з інших регіонів, які є нашим майбутнім. Маємо ще більше цінувати медичних працівників і покращувати умови їхньої дуже важливої роботи.

In the surgical department of the hospital, I talked to children who are undergoing treatment after mine-blast injuries sustained during shelling of the region. 

I thank our medics for their great work. For bringing back to life children, who are our future, including those from other regions. We should appreciate medical workers even more and improve the conditions of their very important work.
