Thanks to you, millions of Ukrainians were evacuated from the war zones. The defense of our state is fully ensured. Our economy is supported. Also, railway workers help fight the energy terror of the aggressor, try to restore connections with the cities and districts from which the enemy was ousted as fast as possible.

Glory to all our warriors who are fighting on the frontline! Glory to all our railway workers who are fighting at their workplaces!

Ukrainian railway workers demonstrated exceptional courage in the defense of our state. You are our iron heroes.

Найбільш жорстокі бойові дії протягом усього тижня зосереджені на Донбасі – це Бахмут і Соледар. Тримаємо наші позиції. На цих і деяких інших напрямках на Донеччині російська армія витратила вже стільки життів своїх людей і стільки боєприпасів, скільки, мабуть, не витрачала у двох Чеченських війнах, разом узятих. Але реальний рівень втрат Росії приховується від російського ж суспільства.

І ця абсолютно божевільна впертість господарів теперішньої Росії – найкращий показник того, що так само брехливе й усе, що вони розповідають деяким іноземним лідерам про свою нібито готовність до переговорів. Коли хтось думає про переговори, він не шукає, як обманути всіх навколо, щоб послати ще десятки чи сотні тисяч людей у мʼясорубку – як мобілізованих чи якихось там найманців.

Ми якраз готові до миру – до чесного й справедливого миру, формулу якого ми неодноразово озвучували. Нашу позицію світ знає: це повага до Статуту ООН, повага до нашої територіальної цілісності, повага до наших людей і належна відповідальність за терор – покарання для всіх, хто винен, і повне відшкодування Росією завданих нам збитків.

Україна буде вільною. І весь наш кордон буде відновлений. Як на землі, так і на морі. Як на сході, так і на півдні.

The most fierce fighting throughout this week is concentrated in Donbas - Bakhmut and Soledar. We are holding our positions. And in these and some other directions in the Donetsk region, the Russian army has already spent as many lives of its people and as much ammunition as it probably did not spend in the two Chechen wars combined. But the real level of Russia's losses is concealed from Russian society.

And this absolutely insane stubbornness of the owners of today's Russia is the best indicator that everything they tell some foreign leaders about their alleged readiness for negotiations is just as false. When someone thinks about negotiations, he does not look for ways to deceive everyone around him in order to send tens or hundreds of thousands more people to the meat grinder - mobilized or in the form of some mercenaries.

We are ready for peace, for a fair and just peace, the formula of which we have voiced many times. The world knows our position. This is respect for the UN Charter, respect for our territorial integrity, respect for our people and due responsibility for terror - this is punishment for all those who are guilty and full compensation by Russia for the damage caused to us.

Ukraine will be free. And our entire border will be restored - both on land and at sea. Both in the east and in the south.

Провів сьогодні чергове засідання Ставки Верховного Головнокомандувача – доволі тривале, три години. Дуже детально проаналізували ситуацію на передовій, на всіх напрямках, на енергетичному фронті, ситуацію на кордонах. Знаємо, до чого готується ворог. Будемо відповідати й далі звільняти нашу землю.

Також дуже детально проаналізували все, що стосується постачання Силам оборони: це техніка, боєприпаси, зв’язок, зимові речі.

Окремо розглянули протидію ракетному та дроновому терору – вже є доволі значні результати у цьому, процент збиття став більшим, але ще є над чим працювати. Маємо забезпечити повний захист українського неба і будемо робити для цього й надалі все можливе і неможливе.

Найближчими тижнями очікуємо хороших новин щодо ППО та ПРО для України.

I held another meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Staff today – it was quite long, three hours. We analyzed the situation on the front line in great detail – in all directions, on the energy front, the situation on the borders. We know what the enemy is preparing for. We will respond and continue to liberate our land.

Everything related to the defense forces supply support was also analyzed thoroughly. These are equipment, ammunition, communication, winter uniforms.

Countermeasures against missile and drone terror were considered separately – there are already quite significant results in this, the percentage of shooting down has become higher, but there is still work to be done. We must ensure full protection of the Ukrainian sky and will continue to do everything possible and impossible for this.

In the coming weeks, we expect good news regarding air defense and anti-missile defense for Ukraine.

Had a call with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen. We discussed macro-financial assistance to Ukraine for the current and next years.

We also stressed the importance of continuing the grain initiative for world food security. Touched upon the issue of strengthening sanctions and opposing the actions of Iran, which supports aggression against our country.

Цієї доби окупанти знову застосовували іранські ударні дрони. Є збиття. Але, на жаль, є і влучання.

Ми розуміємо також, що держава-терорист концентрує сили й засоби для можливого повторення масованих ударів по нашій інфраструктурі. Зокрема, і для цього Росії знадобилися іранські ракети. Готуємося відповідати.

Але також, будь ласка, зауважте: усе частіше є повідомлення, що в Чорне море на бойове чергування не вийшов жоден носій «Калібрів». Це дуже вагомий результат, який забезпечили наші захисники.

Що менше російського Чорноморського флоту, то безпечніше в Чорному морі. І обов’язково буде такий день, коли ми зможемо прозвітувати, що забезпечили Україні повний захист від російської загрози як на морі, так і в небі.

We also understand that the terrorist state is concentrating forces and means for a possible repetition of mass attacks on our infrastructure. First of all, energy. In particular, for this, Russia needs Iranian missiles. We are preparing to respond.

But also, please note: more and more often there are reports that not a single Kalibr carrier has gone on combat duty in the Black Sea. This is a significant result, which was ensured by our defenders.

The smaller the Russian Black Sea fleet, the safer it is in the Black Sea. And there will definitely be a day when we will announce that we have provided Ukraine with full protection from the Russian threat both at sea and in the sky.
