Можна тимчасово окупувати території нашої держави. Але точно неможливо окупувати українських людей. Можна промивати мозок, але не можна зробити цього із серцями українців.
 
Дякую командувачу Сухопутних військ ЗСУ Олександру Сирському, усім нашим воїнам за те, що звільняєте українську землю від ворога. Бережете наших людей, наші серця, дітей і майбутнє.

You can temporarily occupy the territory of our state. But you definitely cannot occupy the Ukrainian people. You can brainwash people’s minds, but you cannot do this to the hearts of Ukrainians.

Попереду зима, тож обговорили багато актуальних тем. 
Окрему увагу приділили питанню функціонування ТЕЦ і ТЕС у Харківській області. Сьогодні, в умовах війни, вкрай важливо розробити план заходів для забезпечення резервних потужностей системи енергопостачання.

I held a meeting on the energy security of the Kharkiv region. 
Winter is coming, so many topical issues were discussed. 
Particular attention was paid to the issue of the functioning of CHPP and TPP in the Kharkiv region. Today, in the conditions of war, it is extremely important to develop a plan of measures to ensure reserve capacities of the energy supply system.

Країна-терорист і далі воює проти мирного населення. Цього разу – ракетні удари по гідротехнічних спорудах і спроба затопити Кривий Ріг.

Все, що можуть окупанти, – це посіяти паніку, створити надзвичайну ситуацію, спробувати залишити людей без світла, тепла, води та їжі.

Чи зможе це нас зламати? Аж ніяк.
Чи чекатиме на них справедлива відповідь і відплата? Безперечно, так.

The terrorist state continues to wage a war against civilians. This time – missile strikes on hydraulic structures and an attempt to flood Kryvyi Rih.

All the occupiers can do is to sow panic, create an emergency situation, try to leave people without light, heat, water and food.

Can it break us? Not at all.
Will they face a fair response and retribution? Definitely yes.

Историю пишут люди, нелюди – никогда.
События показывают, что единственный выход для российских солдат – это сдаться в плен украинским силам. Только это гарантирует им сохранение жизни и отношение в соответствии со всеми конвенциями. 

Удары по объектам, которые не имеют вообще никакой военной ценности, фактически по сотням тысяч обычных мирных людей – это ещё одна причина, почему Россия проиграет. Проиграет не только эту войну, а саму историю.

Дякую всім нашим воїнам! Дякую кожному й кожній, хто бере участь у рятувальних операціях після російських ударів. Відповімо терористам на кожну їхню підлість, на кожну ракету, на кожен снаряд. Ми це можемо.

History is written by people, never by savages.
Events show that the only way out for Russian soldiers is to surrender to Ukrainian forces. This is the only option that guarantees them life and attitude in accordance with all conventions.
 
Striking targets that have no military value at all, in fact hitting hundreds of thousands of ordinary civilians, is another reason why Russia will lose. And not just this war, but history itself.

I am grateful to all our warriors! I am thankful to everyone who participates in the rescue operations after the Russian strikes. We will respond to the terrorists for each of their vile acts, for each missile, for each projectile. We are capable of that.
