Обговорили реалізацію домовленостей, досягнутих під час Вільнюського саміту Альянсу, а також подальші дії щодо інтеграції України до НАТО.

Поділилися оцінками нинішньої ситуації в Чорному морі та ризиків, які вона створює для глобальної продовольчої безпеки.

Визначили першочергові та майбутні кроки, необхідні для розблокування та сталого функціонування чорноморського «зернового коридору».

Had a phone conversation with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

We discussed the implementation of the agreements reached during the Vilnius summit of the Alliance, as well as further actions regarding Ukraine's integration into NATO.

We shared assessments of the current situation in the Black Sea and the risks it poses for global food security.

The priority and future steps necessary for unblocking and sustainable operation of the Black Sea grain corridor have been identified.

Сьогодні правоохоронці доповіли мені про ситуацію з колишнім одеським військкомом. Йому повідомлено про підозру за фактами незаконного збагачення та порушення порядку несення військової служби. Логічно, що самим лише звільненням ця історія не мала завершитися. Державне бюро розслідувань та Офіс Генерального прокурора продовжують необхідні слідчі та процесуальні дії. Усі деталі, які можна оприлюднити, правоохоронці обов'язково представлять суспільству. Та й загалом триває перевірка територіальних центрів комплектування, тобто військкоматів. І кожне таке «кабінетне» порушення десь у військовій ієрархії, будь-яка спроба якось там збагатитися принижує наших воїнів, наших героїв. Відповідальність за порушення – неминуча.

Слава кожному і кожній, хто робить Україну сильнішою! Слава Україні!

Law enforcement officers informed me today about the situation with the former military commissar in Odesa. He was notified of suspicion based on the facts of illegal enrichment and violation of the order of military service. Logically, this story was not supposed to end with just the dismissal. The State Bureau of Investigation, the Prosecutor General's Office continue the necessary investigative and procedural actions. All details that can be made public will be presented to the public by law enforcement officers. And in general, the inspection of territorial recruitment centers, i.e. "military commissariats", continues. And every such "cabinet" violation somewhere in the military hierarchy, any attempt to somehow get rich there humiliates our warriors, our heroes. Liability for violations is inevitable.

Glory to everyone who makes Ukraine stronger! Glory to Ukraine!

Україні потрібен повноцінний повітряний щит – лише так можна перемогти російський ракетний терор. Ми вже показали, що можемо збивати навіть ті російські ракети, якими терористи особливо хвалилися. Завдяки допомозі партнерів і наданим Україні системам ППО наші захисники неба врятували тисячі життів. Але для всієї нашої території, для всіх наших міст і громад, потрібно більше систем протиповітряної оборони. Світ не повинен звикнути до російського терору – потрібно перемогти терор. І це можливо!

Ukraine needs a full-fledged sky shield – this is the only way to defeat Russian missile terror. We have already shown that we can shoot down even the Russian missiles that the terrorists boasted about. Thanks to the help of our partners and the air defense systems provided to Ukraine, our defenders of the sky have saved thousands of lives. But we need more air defense systems for our entire territory, for all our cities and communities. The world must not get used to Russian terror – terror must be defeated. And it is possible!

Я дякую кожному й кожній, хто з Одесою. Дякую всім у місті, хто допомагає постраждалим та з розбором завалів. Рятувальники й лікарі, військові та поліцейські, волонтери й місцева влада, бізнес, який долучився. Дякую й усім містянам. Дуже важливо допомагати одне одному і своєму місту! 

Окремо хочу подякувати й тим у світі, хто вже засудив цей черговий прояв російського зла. Не можна допустити, щоб люди у світі звикли до терористичних атак. Мішенню всіх цих ракет є не просто міста, села чи люди. Їхня мішень – це людяність і основи всієї нашої європейської культури. Не було ще таких терористів, які змогли б подолати світ, і у цих кремлівських божевільних теж не вийде. 

Ми вже почали готуватися до наступного тижня. Буде багато різних подій, які обовʼязково посилять український захист. Я дякую Генсеку НАТО Єнсу Столтенбергу за оперативне скликання першого засідання Ради Україна – НАТО. Фактично одразу після нашої вчорашньої розмови була погоджена дата – вже цієї середи відбудеться засідання. Готуємо його змістовним.

Готуємо й нові пакети підтримки від партнерів – усе те, що наближає поразку російських терористів. Більше ППО для України, більше артилерії, більше далекобійної зброї. Рецепт закінчення війни очевидний: усе залежить від єдності та рішучості всіх, хто цінує свободу, культуру, життя.

I thank each and every person who is with Odesa. I thank everyone in the city who is helping the victims and clearing the rubble. Rescuers and doctors, military and police, volunteers and local authorities. Businesses that have joined in. I also thank all the city residents. It is very important to help each other and your city!

I would also like to thank those in the world who have already condemned this latest manifestation of Russian evil. We cannot allow people around the world to get used to terrorist attacks. The target of all these missiles is not just cities, villages or people. Their target is humanity and the foundations of our entire European culture. There has never been a terrorist capable of overcoming the world, and these Kremlin madmen will not succeed either.

We have already started preparing for the upcoming week. There will be a lot of different events that will definitely bolster Ukraine's defense. I thank NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg for promptly convening the first meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council. In fact, immediately after our conversation yesterday, we agreed on the date – the meeting will take place this Wednesday. We are preparing it to be meaningful.

We are also preparing new support packages from our partners – everything that brings the defeat of Russian terrorists closer. More air defense for Ukraine, more artillery, more long-range weapons. The recipe for ending the war is obvious: everything depends on the unity and determination of all those who value freedom, culture and life.
