Історичне рішення, з якого почнеться історична відповідальність.

Керівник держави-терориста і ще одна російська посадова особа офіційно стали підозрюваними у воєнному злочині. У депортації українських дітей – незаконному переміщенні тисяч наших дітей на російську територію.

Здійснити таку злочинну операцію було б неможливо без наказу вищого керівника держави-терориста. Розділяти дітей із сімʼями, позбавляти їх будь-якої можливості зв'язатися з рідними, ховати дітей на російській території, розпорошувати по віддалених регіонах – усе це очевидно російська державна політика, державні рішення, державне зло. Яке починається саме з першої посадової особи цієї держави.

Я вдячний команді прокурора Каріма Хана та Міжнародному кримінальному суду, усім у світі, хто допомагає нам боротися за справедливість. Вдячний за принциповість і за готовність реально притягти до відповідальності тих, хто є винним.

Слава всім, хто зараз у бою за Україну! Слава всім, хто допомагає нам захищати наших людей!

The historic decision, from which historical responsibility will begin.

The head of the terrorist state and another Russian official have officially become suspects in a war crime. The deportation of Ukrainian children – the illegal transfer of thousands of our children to the territory of the terrorist state.

It would be impossible to commit such a criminal operation without the order of the top leader of the terrorist state. Separating children from their families, depriving them of any opportunity to contact their relatives, hiding children on the territory of Russia, throw them in remote regions – all this is an obvious state policy of Russia, state decisions and state evil. Which begins precisely with the top official of this state.

I am grateful to the team of Prosecutor Karim Khan and the International Criminal Court, everyone in the world who is helping us in the fight for justice. I am grateful for integrity and willingness to really bring to justice those who are guilty.

Glory to all who are now fighting for Ukraine! Glory to everyone who helps us protect our people!

Війна в Україні – один із найбільших збройних конфліктів після Другої світової війни. Активна лінія фронту сягає 1500 км. Бої точаться в полях, лісах, на воді, у небі та містах. Ми продовжуємо боротися за рідну землю. Попереду звільнення всіх окупованих територій. І Україна обов’язково це зробить.

Є нові санкції РНБО. Більш ніж 400 осіб та компаній. Більшість із них – російські. Це ВПК держави-терориста. Але також це іранські та сирійські особи, ті, хто допомагає терору.

Кожен такий наш санкційний крок ми ретельно опрацьовуємо. Українські санкції – це частина глобального тиску на Росію. Усі, хто виробляє зброю для терору проти України, хто допомагає Росії розпалювати агресію, зокрема постачаючи «Шахеди», хто підтримує російську руйнацію міжнародного права, можуть бути лише маргіналами для світу.

Є лише один суб’єкт, який руйнує життя: це Росія. Є лише один спосіб захистити життя: треба вигнати російську армію з української землі. І ми це зробимо.

Слава всім нашим воїнам, які зараз у бою! Слава кожному і кожній, хто допомагає! Дякую всім, хто тренує наших бійців, хто лікує від поранень, хто волонтерить і хто підтримує бойовий дух українців!

We study in depth each of our sanctioning steps. Ukrainian sanctions are part of global pressure on Russia. All those who produce weapons for terror against Ukraine, who help Russia incite aggression, in particular by supplying Shahed drones, and who support Russia's destruction of international law, can only be marginals for the world.
 
There is only one subject that destroys life: that is Russia. There is only one way to protect life: it is necessary to expel the Russian army from Ukrainian land. And we will do it.
 
Glory to all our soldiers who are now in battle! Glory to everyone who helps! Thank you to everyone who trains our soldiers, who treats injuries, who volunteers, and who supports the fighting spirit of Ukrainians!
