Today was a fruitful international day for our country, for our defense.

Another meeting in the Ramstein format was held, the tenth one already. Ammunition for our warriors, artillery, tanks, protection of Ukrainian skies – all this was discussed. There are solutions. This is especially important now, when we feel that the Russian aggression is approaching the point where it can break.

There is no terrorist that can build up its potential in confronting the free world. Russia is no exception. We must constantly increase the pressure for terror. Pressure in our defense, in sanctions against Russia, in destroying the ways the Russian state and its companies circumvent sanctions, in political and legal pressure.

The more pressure we put on them, the faster we will move towards restoring our territorial integrity and international legal order. We are doing everything for our partners to feel this. This necessity to continue pressure. Step by step. Without ceasing.

The occupier must be destroyed.

Рік тому Росія цілеспрямовано та жорстоко скинула надпотужну бомбу на Драматичний театр у центрі Маріуполя. Поруч із будівлею був напис «Діти», який неможливо було не помітити. Там ховалися від обстрілів сотні людей. 

Крок за кроком ми йдемо до того, щоб забезпечити повну відповідальність держави-терориста за скоєне проти нашої країни, нашого народу.

Не пробачимо окупантам жодної зруйнованої долі.
Пам'ятаємо всіх, чиє життя забрав російський терор.

A year ago, Russia deliberately and brutally dropped a powerful bomb on the Drama Theater in Mariupol downtown. Next to the building was the inscription "Children", which was impossible to overlook. Hundreds of people were hiding from the shelling there. 

Step by step, we are moving towards ensuring that the terrorist state is fully held to account for what it has done to our country and our people.

We will not forgive a single life ruined by the occupiers.

I had a meeting with Prime Minister of Latvia Krišjānis Kariņš. Spoke about the situation at the front. It is critically important to unite the efforts of all Ukraine's partners and allies at this crucial moment. First of all, in providing the weapons necessary for the Ukrainian offensive.

I am grateful to Latvia for its strong political, defense, financial and humanitarian support for Ukraine! Your society and the President have been supporting our sovereignty, our people, and our territorial integrity since the very beginning of this full-scale war, even from the first days of 2014, when this war actually began.

Настане день – і буде створено трибунал, який повертатиме справедливість нашому народу. Трибунал, який покарає цього агресора так само, як були покарані агресори минулого.

Настане день – і всі винуватці воєнних злочинів проти українців опиняться у залах Міжнародного кримінального суду та національних судів.

Всю юридичну роботу ми зробимо. Усіх партнерів, які для цього необхідні, мобілізуємо. Це вже робиться. Щодня ми наближаємо повернення справедливості для України. Щодня працюємо заради цього – Генеральний прокурор та його Офіс, українські правоохоронці, спецслужби, уряд, дипломати, мій Офіс.

У рашизму не вийде залишитись непокараним злом. Покарання буде. Вічна пам’ять усім нашим людям, усім дорослим і дітям, чиї життя забрав російський терор!

Слава кожному і кожній, хто зараз у бою за Україну! Дякую кожному і кожній, хто наближає відповідальність для держави-зла!

The day will come when all the perpetrators of war crimes against Ukrainians will be brought to justice in the halls of the International Criminal Court and national courts.

We will do all the legal work. We will mobilize all the partners that are necessary for this. This is already being done. Every day we bring justice closer to Ukraine. We work for this every day. The Prosecutor General and his Office, Ukrainian law enforcers, special services, the government, diplomats, my Office.

Rashism will not be able to remain unpunished evil. There will be punishment. Eternal memory to all our people, all adults and children whose lives were taken by Russian terror!

Glory to each and every one who is now fighting for Ukraine!

Міжнародний кримінальний суд видав ордер на арешт Путіна.
Історичне рішення, з якого почнеться історична відповідальність.

Керівник держави-терориста і ще одна російська посадова особа офіційно стали підозрюваними у воєнному злочині. У депортації українських дітей – незаконному переміщенні тисяч наших дітей на російську територію.

Здійснити таку злочинну операцію було б неможливо без наказу вищого керівника держави-терориста. Розділяти дітей із сімʼями, позбавляти їх будь-якої можливості зв'язатися з рідними, ховати дітей на російській території, розпорошувати по віддалених регіонах – усе це очевидно російська державна політика, державні рішення, державне зло. Яке починається саме з першої посадової особи цієї держави.

Я вдячний команді прокурора Каріма Хана та Міжнародному кримінальному суду, усім у світі, хто допомагає нам боротися за справедливість. Вдячний за принциповість і за готовність реально притягти до відповідальності тих, хто є винним.

The International Criminal Court has issued a warrant of arrest for Putin.
The historic decision, from which historical responsibility will begin.

The head of the terrorist state and another Russian official have officially become suspects in a war crime. The deportation of Ukrainian children – the illegal transfer of thousands of our children to the territory of the terrorist state.

It would be impossible to commit such a criminal operation without the order of the top leader of the terrorist state. Separating children from their families, depriving them of any opportunity to contact their relatives, hiding children on the territory of Russia, throw them in remote regions – all this is an obvious state policy of Russia, state decisions and state evil. Which begins precisely with the top official of this state.

I am grateful to the team of Prosecutor Karim Khan and the International Criminal Court, everyone in the world who is helping us in the fight for justice. I am grateful for integrity and willingness to really bring to justice those who are guilty.

Є нові санкції РНБО. Більш ніж 400 осіб та компаній. Більшість із них – російські. Це ВПК держави-терориста. Але також це іранські та сирійські особи, ті, хто допомагає терору.

Кожен такий наш санкційний крок ми ретельно опрацьовуємо. Українські санкції – це частина глобального тиску на Росію. Усі, хто виробляє зброю для терору проти України, хто допомагає Росії розпалювати агресію, зокрема постачаючи «Шахеди», хто підтримує російську руйнацію міжнародного права, можуть бути лише маргіналами для світу.

Є лише один суб’єкт, який руйнує життя: це Росія. Є лише один спосіб захистити життя: треба вигнати російську армію з української землі. І ми це зробимо.

Слава всім нашим воїнам, які зараз у бою! Слава кожному і кожній, хто допомагає! Дякую всім, хто тренує наших бійців, хто лікує від поранень, хто волонтерить і хто підтримує бойовий дух українців!
