I want to thank everyone who has been holding Ukrainian flags in the squares and streets of Georgia these days. I want to express gratitude for our national anthem that was played in Tbilisi. This is respect for Ukraine and I want to express my sincere respect for Georgia.
There is no Ukrainian who would not wish success to our friendly Georgia. Democratic success. European success.
We want to be in the European Union and we will be there. We want Georgia to be in the European Union, and I am sure it will be there. We want Moldova to be in the European Union, and I am sure it will be there. All free nations of Europe deserve this.

Тяжка ніч. Масована ракетна атака по всій країні. Київ, Кіровоградщина, Дніпропетровщина, Одещина, Харківщина, Запоріжжя, Львівщина, Івано-Франківщина, Житомирщина, Вінниччина. Атаки на об’єкти критичної інфраструктури, житлові будинки.
На жаль, є постраждалі і загиблі. Мої співчуття рідним.
Усі служби працюють. Триває відновлення роботи енергосистеми. Застосовувались обмеження у всіх регіонах.
Ворог випустив 81 ракету, намагаючись знову залякати українців, повертаючись до своєї жалюгідної тактики. Окупанти можуть лише тероризувати мирних людей. Це все, на що вони здатні. Але це їм не допоможе. Відповідальність за все скоєне їх не мине.
Дякуємо вартовим нашого неба і всім, хто допомагає долати наслідки підступних атак окупантів!

It's been a difficult night. A massive rocket attack across the country. Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipro, Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia regions. Attacks on critical infrastructure and residential buildings.
Unfortunately, there are injured and dead. My condolences to the families.
All services are working. The energy system is being restored. Restrictions were imposed in all regions.
The enemy fired 81 missiles in an attempt to intimidate Ukrainians again, returning to their miserable tactics. The occupiers can only terrorize civilians. That's all they can do. But it won’t help them. They won’t avoid responsibility for everything they have done.
We thank the guardians of our skies and everyone who helps to overcome the consequences of the occupiers' sneaking attacks!

Сьогоднішнім обстрілом атакували Дніпропетровську, Житомирську, Кіровоградську, Харківську, Сумську, Вінницьку, Львівську, Івано-Франківську, Одеську, Запорізьку області та місто Київ.
Дякую нашим силам ППО за вагому роботу, за захист наших людей!
Ми повинні забезпечити захист енергетичної інфраструктури від ворожих обстрілів та забезпечити швидке відновлення електропостачання в областях, що постраждали.

Held a meeting regarding enemy shelling of our infrastructure.
The NSDC, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Security Service, Ukroboronprom, General Staff, Main Intelligence Directorate, Foreign Intelligence Service and relevant government representatives were present.
Today's shelling attacked Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Sumy, Vinnytsia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia regions and the city of Kyiv.
I am grateful to our air defense forces for their hard work, for protecting our people!
We must ensure the protection of the energy infrastructure from enemy fire and ensure the rapid restoration of power supply in the affected areas.
Despite thousands of Russian attacks, we will all together ensure the invincibility of Ukraine. We are working. We will win!

Під час розмови з Президентом Європейської комісії Урсулою фон дер Ляєн засудили сьогоднішні ракетні атаки Росії. Привітали новий пакет санкцій ЄС і домовилися про подальший тиск на агресора. Детально обговорили прогрес України у виконанні рекомендацій Європейської комісії для початку переговорів про вступ України до ЄС уже цього року.

We welcomed the new package of EU sanctions and agreed on further pressure on the aggressor. We also discussed in detail Ukraine's progress in implementing the recommendations of the European Commission to start negotiations on Ukraine's accession this year.

У 209-ту річницю від дня народження українського письменника, художника та мислителя Тараса Шевченка зустрівся з діячами культури та мистецтва.
Під час зустрічі обговорили шляхи поглиблення взаємодії між державою та представниками культурної сфери. Важливо продовжувати культурну, просвітницьку роботу, яка сприяла б посиленню підтримки України з боку наших партнерів і всього світу. Запропонував напрацювати рекомендації та необхідні кроки, які мають бути підтримані з боку держави.
Дякую всім митцям, хто допомагає тут, хто в окопах віддає своє життя цьому. А також всім тим, хто за кордоном допомагав дипломатії та журналістиці створювати хвилю підтримки, щоб Україна не була на самоті.

On the 209th anniversary of the birth of the Ukrainian writer, artist and thinker Taras Shevchenko, I met with cultural and artistic figures.
During the meeting, we discussed ways to deepen cooperation between the state and representatives of the cultural sphere. It is important to continue cultural and educational work that would help strengthen support for Ukraine from our partners and the world. I proposed to develop recommendations and necessary steps that should be backed by the state.
I am grateful to all the artists who are helping here, who are in the trenches giving their lives to this cause. And also to all those who helped diplomacy and journalism abroad to create a wave of support so that Ukraine would not be alone.
Під час зустрічі обговорили шляхи поглиблення взаємодії між державою та представниками культурної сфери. Важливо продовжувати культурну, просвітницьку роботу, яка сприяла б посиленню підтримки України з боку наших партнерів і всього світу. Запропонував напрацювати рекомендації та необхідні кроки, які мають бути підтримані з боку держави.

Чергове намагання держави-терориста воювати проти цивілізованості призвело до тимчасових відключень електрики, тепла та води в деяких наших регіонах і містах.
Найскладніше – Харків, Житомирщина. Непросто в Одесі, у Дніпропетровській області, у Києві, у Запоріжжі. Ремонтні бригади, енергетики, місцева влада, центральна влада – усі працюватимуть стільки, скільки треба, щоб відновити подачу енергії містам і районам, де зараз проблеми. Я дякую всім, хто працює заради цього.
Ми вже показали, на що здатна Україна. І скільки б Росія не робила підлостей, наша держава і народ усе одно не будуть у кайданах. Ані ракети, ані звірства Росії в цьому не допоможуть.
Я хочу подякувати сьогодні всім воїнам наших Повітряних сил. А особливо – 138-й Дніпровській, 160-й Одеській і 208-й Херсонській зенітним ракетним бригадам, які відзначились у захисті від цього російського нальоту. Дякую вам, воїни!
Дякую й усім у світі, хто усвідомлює, наскільки важливо дати повний захист українському небу, і всім, хто готовий нам допомагати в гарантуванні нормального життя людей.
Слава всім, хто зараз у бою за Україну! Бахмут, Авдіївка, Купʼянськ, Лиман і весь Донбас! Наше Запоріжжя, Нікополь, Херсонщина! Слава всім, хто захищає наші Суми, нашу Чернігівщину, нашу Харківщину, усі наші міста й громади і наш кордон! Слава кожному українському воїну, чия сміливість – це життя України! Вічна і світла памʼять усім, кого в нас забрала ця війна і Росія! Немає іншого вибору, ніж перемогти.

Another attempt by the terrorist state to wage war against civilization has led to temporary power, heat and water outages in some of our regions and cities.
Kharkiv and the Zhytomyr region have the most difficult situation. Odesa, the Dnipropetrovsk region, Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia are also facing difficulties. Repair crews, power engineers, local authorities and the central government will work for as long as necessary to restore power supply to the cities and districts where there are problems. I thank everyone who is working for this.
We have already shown what Ukraine is capable of. And no matter how treacherous Russia’s actions are, our state and people will not be in chains. Neither missiles nor Russian atrocities will help them.
I want to thank all the warriors of our Air Forces today. And especially the 138th Dnipro, 160th Odesa and 208th Kherson anti-aircraft missile brigades, which distinguished themselves in the defense against this Russian attack. Thank you, warriors!
I am also grateful to everyone in the world who realizes how important it is to give full protection to the Ukrainian sky, and to everyone who is ready to help us guarantee normal life for people.
