За цей тиждень ми досягли вагомих сигналів від наших партнерів і конкретних домовленостей щодо неминучості притягнення Росії до відповідальності за агресію і терор проти нашої держави і народу.

Кожен російський удар по Харкову і області, по Сумщині і Донеччині, по Хмельницькому, Нікополю і кожному куточку нашої України – матимуть для держави-терориста конкретні юридичні наслідки.

Уже традиційно – я хочу подякувати всім тим, хто прямо зараз захищає нашу державу на полі бою і наших людей від російських обстрілів. Особливо хочу відзначити кожного і кожну, хто обороняє Донеччину. Там тривають найбільш жорстокі і принципові бойові дії. Протистояння, від якого залежить дуже багато з того, що ми готуємо на найближчий час. Я дякую десантникам 79-ї окремої десантно-штурмової бригади, морпіхам 35-ї окремої бригади морської піхоти, піхотинцям 72-ї окремої механізованої бригади, гармашам 55-ї окремої та 27-ї реактивної артилерійських бригад.

Хочу також подякувати сьогодні всім нашим воїнам-зв’язківцям – за відмінну службу! Усім, хто ефективно і вчасно забезпечує логістику для наших військ та всім Силам підтримки Збройних Сил України! Дякую вам! Дякую всім, для кого стійкість України та наших позицій – це безумовний особистий, службовий і професійний пріоритет!

Слава кожному і кожній, хто сьогодні в бою! Вічна пам’ять усім, чиї життя забрала ця війна, Росія та її агресія!

This week, we received strong signals from our partners, and concrete agreements regarding the inevitability of holding Russia accountable for aggression, for terror against Ukraine and its people.

Every Russian attack on the city of Kharkiv and the region, Sumy region and Donetsk region, Khmelnytsky, our Nikopol, and every corner of our state will have concrete legal consequences for the terrorist state.

Traditionally, I want to thank all those, who are currently defending the state on the battlefield. I especially want to note everyone, who defends Donetsk region. The most brutal and principled fighting is going on there. Confrontation, which a lot of what we are preparing for the near future depends on.
I thank the paratroopers of the 79th Separate Assault Brigade, the Marines of the 35th Separate Marine Brigade, the infantrymen of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade, the soldiers of the 55th Separate and 27th Rocket Artillery Brigades.

I would also like to thank all our signalmen today for their excellent service! To everyone who efficiently and timely provides logistics for our troops, and to all the Support Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Thank you! Thank you to everyone for whom the stability of Ukraine and our positions are an unconditional personal, official, and professional priority!

I continued a friendly dialogue with President of France Emmanuel Macron. We touched upon defense cooperation and bringing peace closer. Summarized the results of the recent visits and discussed in detail the upcoming diplomatic events, in particular, on the implementation of our 10-step #PeaceFormula.

Провів засідання Ставки в новому, розширеному форматі. Доповідали і Головнокомандувач, і командувачі напрямків, і були доповіді безпосередньо з передової.

Ми вирівнюємо ситуацію, робимо все, щоб підготувати наші дії – заплановані на перспективу, на найближчу перспективу.

Головнокомандувач доповів щодо ситуації загалом на фронті, особливий акцент – на мобілізації, конкретній ситуації, тому, як і що здійснюється.

Заслухав докладні доповіді на Ставці щодо кожної бойової позиції, кожного найгарячішого напрямку. Бахмутський напрямок, ОСУВ «Хортиця» – була доповідь командувача генерала Сирського. Як захищаємо наші позиції, як посилюємо саме цей напрямок і скільки забираємо сил ворога.

Вугледарський напрямок, ОТУ «Донецьк» – доповідав генерал Содоль. Ситуація дуже непроста. Боремось. Ламаємо окупанта та завдаємо Росії надзвичайно відчутних втрат. Ще раз і ще раз повторюю: що більше Росія втратить саме там, то швидше зможемо завершити цю війну перемогою України.

Заслухав доповідь щодо ситуації на півдні. Зокрема, Одеський напрямок – доповідав генерал Гнатов. Ситуація без змін, контролюємо всі можливі перспективи.

ОСУВ «Таврія» – доповідав генерал Тарнавський щодо конкретних результатів захисту. Дякую всім нашим воїнам, хто береже Запоріжжя і весь цей напрямок!

Обовʼязково – Північний напрямок, Київ. Була доповідь генерала Наєва. Генерал доповів, що ситуація повністю під контролем, як і по всьому північному кордону.

Доповідь міністра внутрішніх справ – по формуванню нових бригад «Гвардії наступу». Є дуже хороші результати. Це дуже корисний досвід того, як можна і треба мотивувати людей.

І такий формат роботи як на Ставці, так і в інформуванні щодо управління обороною буду підтримувати. Хочу, щоб наші люди знали і розуміли, що і як ми готуємо, що і як ми контролюємо.

Звичайно, воєнні питання, деталі дій розвідки – це те, у чому всього не розкажеш. Але хочу, щоб саме зараз у наших людей була передбачуваність. І відчуття – відчуття, що Україна рухається до своїх цілей.

The Commander-in-Chief reported on the overall situation at the front, with a special emphasis on mobilization, specifics on how and what is being done.

I heard detailed reports on each combat position, each hottest area.
General Syrskyi reported on the Bakhmut direction, Khortytsia operational and strategic group of troops. How we are defending our positions, strengthening this particular direction and how much enemy forces we are eliminating.
General Sodal reported on the Vuhledar direction, Donetsk operational and tactical group. The situation is difficult. We are fighting. We are breaking the invader and inflicting extremely tangible losses on Russia.

I repeat: the more Russia loses there, the sooner we can end this war with Ukraine's victory.
I heard a report on the situation in the south. In particular, General Hnatov reported on the Odesa direction. The situation is unchanged, we are controlling all potential prospects.

General Tarnavsky reported on the results of the defense of Tavria operational and strategic group of troops. Thanks to all our warriors who are defending Zaporizhzhia and this entire area!
The northern direction, Kyiv, is a must. There was a report by General Nayev. He reported that the situation is completely under control. As well as along the entire northern border.

The Minister of the Interior reported on forming new Offensive Guard brigades. Great results. A very useful experience showing how people can and should be motivated.
I will continue this format of work both at the Staff and in informing on defense management. I want our people to know and understand what we prepare and control, and how we do that.

The first visit of the President of the United States to Ukraine in almost 15 years is the most important visit in the history of Ukrainian-American relations. Перший дзвінок вночі 24 лютого минулого року, наші переговори, постійна незмінна потужна увага нашій боротьбі і захисту української демократії, а також особистий внесок пана Президента Байдена у зміцнення позицій свободи у світі – це те, що завжди буде в історії.

Together with Joseph Biden, we visited St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery. We laid flowers to the Wall of Remembrance of those who died for Ukraine. We honored the memory of Ukrainian heroes.

Another important thing is that today we unveiled a plaque dedicated to the President of the United States on the Walk of the Brave in Kyiv.

The first call on the night of February 24 last year, our negotiations, the constant and unwavering strong attention to our struggle and defense of Ukrainian democracy, as well as Mr. President Biden's personal contribution to strengthening the position of freedom in the world - this is something that will always be remembered in history.
