Today we held the first International Summit on Food Security. We don't just fight off aggression. Step by step, we are creating a system that will stop aggression, dismantle its consequences, and guarantee long-term security – the security of Ukraine, all of Europe, and the world.

Food security is one of the key elements of global stability. This is where Ukraine's leading role is most evident.

More than 20 countries supported our summit. The total amount that we have accumulated for Grain From Ukraine is already almost $150 million. Work continues. We are preparing up to 60 ships.

Never again should hunger be used as a weapon.

I thank everyone who helps us! Thank you to every leader who works with us for European and global security!

Glory to our soldiers and our indestructible people! Eternal memory to all those who gave their lives for Ukraine! Glory to Ukraine!

And please, today honor the memory of Ukrainian men and women, children and adults, whose lives were taken by the Holodomor genocide.

Ми розуміємо, що терористи готують нові удари і поки у них є ракети – вони не заспокояться.

Але наша здатність допомагати один одному і дбати про тих, кому найскладніше, – про літніх людей, про сім’ї з дітьми, про тих, у кого війна забрала дім і рідних... – наша взаємодопомога є одним з елементів захисту від терору і нашою силою.

Тиждень, що починається, може бути таким самим складним, як і цей, що минає. Наші Сили оборони готуються. Уся держава готується. Усі сценарії опрацьовуємо, у тому числі з партнерами.
І має бути готовою наша з вами єдність. Тому, будь ласка, не залишайте без допомоги тих, кому можете допомогти. 

Будь ласка, на тижні зважайте на сигнали повітряної тривоги.
Усі разом і допомагаючи один одному – ми пройдемо і цей виклик війни: цю зиму, це намагання Росії використати холод проти людей.

Робимо і будемо робити усе можливе, щоб зміцнити нашу оборону. Робимо і будемо робити усе, щоб притягти Росію до відповідальності за цю терористичну війну.

We understand that terrorists are preparing new strikes and as long as they have missiles, they won’t stop.

But our ability to help each other and take care of the most vulnerable - the elderly, families with children, those who lost homes and relatives in the war - our mutual assistance is one of the elements of protection against terror and our strength.

The upcoming week can be as hard as the one that passes. Our Defense Forces are preparing. The whole state is preparing. We work out all scenarios, including with partners.

And our unity must be ready. So please do not leave without help those whom you can help.

Please pay attention to the air alerts during the week.

Together and helping each other we will pass this challenge of war as well: this winter, this Russia's attempt to use the cold against people.

We are doing and will do everything possible to strengthen our defense.

Discussed sustainable defense cooperation with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte. I was glad to hear that the support for Ukraine will only increase next year. We also discussed the implementation of my peace formula and Ukraine's transition to energy-saving technologies.

I had a meeting with Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Estonia Urmas Reinsalu, Iceland Þórdís Kolbrún R. Gylfadóttir, Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs, Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis, Norway Anniken Huitfeldt, Finland Pekka Haavisto and Sweden Tobias Billström.

This visit is an important signal of strong support and solidarity of friendly partner countries with Ukraine, especially in times of the most serious challenges.

I thank the Baltic and Northern European states for their consistently active and efficient support for Ukraine in defending its territorial integrity and independence.

Цієї доби, як і кожного божого дня, окупанти знов обстрілювали Херсон і громади області. Лише за один тиждень ворог 258 разів обстріляв 30 населених пунктів Херсонщини.
Російська армія пошкодила і насосну станцію, яка забезпечувала подачу води в Миколаїв.
Ну що про них сказати? Ось це і є справжня суть тих випадкових товаришів, які заволоділи Росією. У них після 20 років правління на значній частині їхньої ж держави така розруха, ніби там пройшла війна. А це не війна – це вони пройшли.
Вони ні на що не здатні, окрім розрухи. Це все, що вони полишають по собі. І те, що вони роблять зараз проти України, – це їхнє намагання помститись. Помститись за те, що українці вже неодноразово захищали себе від них.

Україна ніколи не буде місцем для розрухи. Україна ніколи не прийме порядків від цих товаришів з Москви. Зробимо все, щоб відновити кожен зруйнований окупантами об’єкт, кожен будинок, кожне підприємство.

That day, as every other day, the occupiers again shelled Kherson and the communities of the region. In just one week, the enemy fired 258 times on 30 settlements of our Kherson region.
The Russian army also damaged the pumping station that supplied water to Mykolaiv.
Well, what can be said about them? This is the real essence of those random "comrades" who took over Russia. After 20 years of rule, a large part of their own state is in such devastation, as if a war had taken place there. And this is not a war - it’s just because they have come.
They are capable of nothing but devastation. This is all they leave behind. And what they are doing now against Ukraine is their attempt to take revenge. To take revenge for the fact that Ukrainians have repeatedly defended themselves from them.

Ukraine will never be a place for devastation. Ukraine will never accept orders from these "comrades" from Moscow. We will do everything to restore every object, every house, every enterprise destroyed by the occupiers.

The terrible war against our country continues, and with the onset of winter new challenges have appeared.

Together with the ambassadors of the UNITED24 fundraising platform Andriy Shevchenko, Oleksandr Usyk, Scott Kelly, Elina Svitolina, Liev Schreiber and Timothy Snyder, Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak discussed further steps to support Ukraine. In particular, fundraising for generators for hospitals. After all, due to constant enemy attacks on the energy structure, Ukrainian doctors are forced to operate by the light of flashlights.

We must preserve the unity of the world in supporting Ukraine to get through this difficult period. And I am one hundred percent sure that we will prevail.

I am grateful to the ambassadors of @u24_gov_ua for everything they do for Ukraine and Ukrainians.

Для мене честь – представляти українську кандидатуру на проведення Всесвітньої виставки 2030 року. Представляти Одесу – а отже, і весь Чорноморський регіон.

У 2030 році, коли українська відбудова вже продемонструє значну частину із запланованих результатів, саме в Україні можна буде побачити, на що здатне людство, коли всі народи – співпрацюють заради миру і безпеки, заради розвитку і зручнішого майбутнього для всіх людей.

А в цьому, до речі, і є фундаментальний сенс Всесвітніх виставок. Тож реальність нашої країни і дух Всесвітніх виставок максимально збігатимуться. Саме в Україні, саме у 2030 році.

Коли 2030-го ви відвідаєте Україну й нашу Одесу, ви зможете відчути силу, свободу і культуру не просто однієї країни і одного міста. Ви відчуєте потенціал усього людства. Ось чому 2030 рік. Ось чому Одеса, Україна і Чорне море. Ось чому Всесвітня виставка.

Провів телефонну розмову із Федеральним канцлером Німеччини Олафом Шольцом. Подякував за підтримку ініціативи #GrainfromUkraine. Також обговорили реалізацію української формули миру та співпрацю задля захисту України від російського ракетного терору.
