За звільненням територій стоять колосальні зусилля українських захисників. Свобода вартує нам життя і здоров’я найкращих наших людей. Дякую кожному і кожній!

На звільнені території Херсонщини повертається нормальне життя. Відновлюємо електропостачання та лінії зв’язку. Поступово з’являтимуться пункти допомоги людям.

Допомагають і сусідні регіони. Гуманітарний штаб Миколаєва вже направив до Херсона понад 25 тонн продуктових наборів, 26 палет із продуктами харчування, 3 тонни засобів гігієни. Також від Миколаївщини Херсону було передано машину швидкої медичної допомоги й понад 6 тонн медикаментів.

Normal life is returning to the liberated territories of the Kherson region. We are restoring electricity supply and communication lines. Assistance points for people will gradually appear.

Neighboring regions also provide help. The humanitarian headquarters of Mykolaiv has already sent more than 25 tons of food kits, 26 pallets of food products and 3 tons of hygiene products to Kherson. Also, an ambulance and more than 6 tons of medications were delivered from the Mykolaiv region to Kherson.

Крок за кроком звільняємо окуповані території нашої держави. Це важкий, довгий, складний шлях. Але ми його пройдемо. Тому що на цій війні – найкращі герої нашої країни!

We are liberating the occupied territories of our country step by step. This is a difficult and long path. But we will complete it. Because the best heroes of our country are in this war!

I said this during a conversation with media representatives in Kherson.

Коли є український прапор, є цивілізованість. Є свобода. Є соціальне забезпечення. Є інфраструктура. Є безпека. Є кому дбати про людей. Є все те, що зникає і що руйнують, коли приходить окупант.

Ось що значить російський прапор – повне спустошення. Немає ні електрики, ні звʼязку, ні інтернету, ні телебачення. Окупанти все знищили самі – спеціально. Оце їхня спецоперація. Напередодні зими російські окупанти зруйнували людям абсолютно всю критичну інфраструктуру. Абсолютно всі важливі обʼєкти в місті та області заміновані.

Це щастя для всіх, коли Росію вдається вигнати. Щастя, яке буде й у тих наших містах і громадах, які Росія позбавила нормального життя і після 24 лютого, і у 2014 році.

Ми все повернемо. Повернемо нормальне життя. І знаємо, що мир для України стає ближчим. Для всієї нашої країни.

When there is a Ukrainian flag, there is civilization, there is freedom. There is social security. There is infrastructure. There is security. There is someone to take care of people. There are all the things that disappear and that are destroyed when the occupier comes.

This is what the Russian flag means - complete desolation. There is no electricity, no communication, no Internet, no television. The occupiers destroyed everything themselves - on purpose. This is their special operation. On the eve of winter, the Russian occupiers destroyed absolutely all critical infrastructure for the people. Absolutely all important objects in the city and region are mined.

It is happiness for everyone when Russia is driven out. Happiness, which will also be in those cities and communities of ours, which are deprived of a normal life by Russia both after February 24 and in 2014.

We will return everything. We will return normal life. And we know that peace for Ukraine is getting closer. For our entire country.

Не варто пропонувати Україні компроміси із совістю, суверенітетом, територією та незалежністю. Ми поважаємо правила, і ми люди слова. Україна завжди була лідером миротворчих зусиль, і світ це бачив. І якщо Росія каже, що нібито хоче закінчити цю війну, хай доведе це діями.

Ми не дамо Росії перечекати, наростити сили, а потім розпочати нову серію терору й глобальної дестабілізації. Не буде жодних «Мінськів-3», які Росія порушить одразу ж після укладання.

Є українська формула миру. Миру для України, Європи та світу. І є набір рішень, які можна реалізувати, щоб дійсно гарантувати мир.

Взявши участь у саміті «Групи двадцяти», я представив пропозиції таких рішень – конкретних і чесних. Україна пропонує провідним державам світу бути співтворцями миру разом із нами.

Отже, пропозиції України:
1. Радіаційна та ядерна безпека.
2. Продовольча безпека.
3. Енергетична безпека.
4. Звільнення всіх полонених і депортованих.
5. Виконання Статуту ООН і відновлення територіальної цілісності України та світового порядку.
6. Виведення російських військ і припинення бойових дій.
7. Повернення справедливості.
8. Протидія екоциду.
9. Недопущення ескалації.
10. Фіксація закінчення війни.

Ukraine should not be offered to conclude compromises with its conscience, sovereignty, territory and independence. We respect the rules and we are people of our word. Ukraine has always been a leader in peacekeeping efforts, and the world has witnessed it. And if Russia says that it supposedly wants to end this war, let it prove it with actions.

We will not allow Russia to wait it out, build up its forces, and then start a new series of terror and global destabilization. There will be no Minsks-3, which Russia would violate immediately after signing.

There is a Ukrainian formula of peace. Peace for Ukraine, Europe and the world. And there is a set of solutions that can be implemented to really guarantee peace.

Having participated in the G20 summit, I presented proposals for such solutions - specific and fair. Ukraine offers the leading states of the world to be co-creators of peace together with us.

So, here are the proposals of Ukraine:
1. Radiation and nuclear safety.
2. Food security.
3. Energy security.
4. Release of all prisoners and deported persons.
5. Implementation of the UN Charter and restoration of Ukraine’s territorial integrity and the world order.
6. Withdrawal of Russian troops and cessation of hostilities.
7. Restoration of justice.
8. Countering ecocide.
9. Preventing escalation.
10. Confirmation of the end of the war.
