Scenario 1: Created account and registered PEC & OEC on the old site?
Solution: No need to create a new account. Continue using the old site.
Scenario 2: Created account on old site but not registered subjects?
Solution: Create a new account on the new site (use a different email ID) and register your PEC & OEC subjects there.
Scenario 3: I have neither created an account nor registered any subjects?
Solution: Create a new account on the new site and register your PEC & OEC subjects.

If rejected, create a new account on the new site and register subjects correctly.
