SSC CHSL, CGL, MTS Tier 1, GD Exams to be Replaced by NRA CET in 2024
Once the NRA begins conducting the CET exam, the Tier 1 exams conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be stopped. The NRA CET 2024 exam will act as a preliminary test for shortlisting candidates for the further recruitment process.
Qualification for Tier 2: Candidates who will clear the NRA CET exam will be called by the Commission to appear for the Tier 2 exam or next selection round under the SSC CHSL, SSC CGL, SSC MTS, SSC GD and others.
NRA CET Scores valid for 3 Years: The NRA CET scores will be valid for 3 years. Candidates who will qualify the NRA CET in 2024 will be eligible to appear for the SSC recruitment exams till 2026. For those who will appear for the NRA CET exam every year, their best score will be considered as the current NRA CET score for their selection.
