To every aspirant scrolling through the negativity.
Lately the internet is full of it - โbank jobs are too hectic,โ โitโs just a sales job now,โ โno work-life balance.โ And slowly, this noise is getting into your head.
You start wondering: why am I even preparing if this is what waits on the other side?
Take a breath. Two things worth remembering.
First - a bank job was never meant to be your final destination. If you are truly aspirational, you will never sit in one chair your whole life. You secure this, and then you keep striving โ for better roles, for bigger dreams. A job is a base, not a ceiling.
Second - and I may be judged for saying this, but this is the reality โ show me the job that isnโt difficult. Every job in the world has its pressure, its targets, its hard days. In a country with this much unemployment, where lakhs are protesting just to get an opportunity, securing a stable government job is not a small thing. It is a foundation for your future, for your family, for everything you want to build next. That is exactly why people are willing to go the extra mile for fewer vacancies โ because they understand what it really gives them.
So donโt let the noise decide your future. Prepare with clarity. The job is hard, yes - but it is worth it, and it is only the beginning.
