Ethereum Classic development team recently announced the Callisto Network Project which will result in a 1:1 CLO airdrop for ETC holders.
While some are mistakenly terming it an ETC hard fork, Callisto is actually going to be a new blockchain (with CLO as its native currency), developed in order to test experimental protocols, possible scaling solutions and set up a governance system which incentivizes both miners and coin holders.
It was decided to distribute the initial stake of CLO between current ETC holders. We will make a snapshot of ETC blockchain at block 5500000 (approximately 5 March, 2018. This depends on ETC block time and ETC hashrate changes). Then we implement the initial balance of each ETC holder in the Callisto network genesis block, so each ETC owner will receive CLO coins automatically in a 1:1 ratio to the amount of ETC that he had at block 5500000.
My opinion is that ETC can get hyped sooner or later and we can expect increase in price. I can't tell you how much because if BTC goes up, we can expect big gain in $ value but not so big in BTC value. If BTC stays at this level then we can expect big gain in BTC and also in $ value. So, to sum up I expect that ETC will go up because of this airdrop because it is a free coin that will make you some money and everybody likes free coins.
Just remember that NXT went from 700 satoshie up to 13-14k satoshie so I do not expect to see ETC 10x but 2-3x is possible, at least 50% so I am holding ETC already from 3-4 months and I will keep even more and this is chance to get free tokens for that. I will not sell ETC after or before airdrop because I am on ETC for long-term.
I am long-term on ETC not because I like it because of ETH. Why?
ETH is going to switch from Proof of Work to Proof of Stake and it is big for ETH but also for ETC because in my opinion the majority of ETH miners will switch to ETC so we can see increase big support from miners that will help ETC for sure.
This can help ETH too because someone will want to stake ETH and get award so maybe we can see increase in demand but ETH is already huge project and this won't happen overnight but I want to let you know that ETH is going through dev update that will probably make ETH even better because it is their goal. They would not switch to the PoS if it is not better for them, right?
To sum up, hold your ETC if you have. If you do not have you can buy and hold until March 5th. We do not have info which exchange will support it but once we get the info we can expect to see increase in demand for ETC so if you want to join the train, this is the right time.

BTC is facing some major correction since its bull run started from 6th of Feb. We are expecting BTC to bounce around $7200 level, and once we build strong support there we can aim for $11000~$12000 level.
If bulls cannot defend during the correction, BTC may go to $5800~6000 level and we will have continuation of bearish trend.
We are expecting strong bounce around $7200~7500.

Why institutional investors are still not joining Crypto

1. According to Coinmarketcap the total market cap of cryptocurrencies is $397 billion. As such, it is still of very little interest to traditional investors. To put things in perspective, gold’s market cap is about $7.8 trillion, while the Global Stock Market is about to cross $100 trillion.
2. Another big reason why many investors evade the cryptocurrency market is due to the lack of laws and regulations. Institutional investors invest on behalf of their clients, and an investment in cryptos could be far too risky for individual clients as there is no regulatory body. All of this hinges on the fact that the advisor is familiar with the space in the first place, let alone explain bitcoin to them.
3. The price of bitcoin is on decline since January. If the trend continues (and Wall street is interested for it to continue) they can buy cheap Bitcoin at 1500-3500 level instead of buying bloated prices of 12-16k per 1 BTC.

BTC update
BTC have bounced from 7800 level instead of 7200~7500 level. It has bounced over 8550, and making new high of 8580.
BTC is now in correction phase and next bounce point will be $8300 level. We are expecting it to bounce to $9000 level and it will continue to make upward movement to $11000~$12000 with series of minor corrections.
If it dip below $8300, BTC still can go to $7500 of our original bounce point, but anyway it will continue its upward movement.
BTC have bounced from 7800 level instead of 7200~7500 level. It has bounced over 8550, and making new high of 8580.

🕵️ My opinion on BTC situation? Basically BTC is stuck is an area of indecision. Both Bulls and Bears understand how important it is, it's a make it or break it zone. The bulls believe the crash is over but they are too afraid to buy bitcoin at 8600, as it might become cheaper soon, hence volumes are so low. There is not enough FOMO as well because the newbies see the price is not rising fast and not joining as fast as they should to push the FOMO.
The bears on the other hand believe it's a "denial" zone on the chart of the market bubbles but they don't have enough FUD news this week to push the prices down as well.
We can get stuck in this zone for a long time until strong FUD or FOMO news will be released. It's a news driven market after all. Next important news come 14 February.

An extremely perspective project, currently does not even make it to TOP-100 in capitalization. I expect a 3 times rise from its current price.

Sia — a project, which offers a decentralized and safe cloud data storage system, ready to contend with Google and other companies, providing cloud storage of data. A very good point for entry, I expect a minimum of 2 times rise in value.
