btc stuck near 4k... Alts flash pumps and dumps.

Currently there are three options :

1. Bullrun from here.
2. Pump then Bottom.
3. Dump then Bottom.

Cz giving bullish indications but thing is there are still technical and fundamental resistance to break. Fundamental such as regulations in few countries, ETF, Bakkt etc.

Current fundamentals/news not that strong to trun market into bullrun.

But i feel it was hard to break 3000k level so they need noobs who will buy in 4k level so when they panic sell and break to new lows.

it is hard to choose what is going to happen. But pumping btc from here is good option for them to attract peoples attention and investment. And dump right after that.


$LTC halving is in 141 days Its slowly starting to get priced in as it's up almost 3x from yearly lows
