On Tuesday, Russian legislators passed a draught bill that might exempt issuers of digital assets and cryptocurrencies from value-added tax.

Bitcoin and Shiba Inu can now be used to pay for Uber Eats and DoorDash food delivery services.
Shiba Inu fans may now use the cryptocurrency to pay for meal delivery services provided by UberEats and DooDash, according to a recent release. SHIB holders can pay the two food delivery providers indirectly through efforts made by famous cryptocurrency payment processor BitPay.

Markets starts off the week with a slow trend start as US Markets remain closed. Bitcoin currently trading at 19,150$ while Ethereum trades off at 1,050$.
Bitcoin currently up by only 0.70% while Ethereum down by 0.35% for the session start.
Altcoins showing a similar mixed trend with a few in green zone while a few struggle. Rune leading the day with a 9.8% rise while AVAX follows with a nearly 5%. NEO and HBAR among the ones that are down by a few cents.

AAVE Submits GHO Proposal, Its Native Stablecoin.
The DeFi protocol AAVE proposes launching a native, collateral-backed stablecoin named GHO, which would be tied to the USD. Aave Companies, the company behind AAVE, proposed its decentralised stablecoin.
Users will be able to mint GHO against their collateral using AAVE.
AAVE announced that the stablecoin would be backed by a variety of cryptocurrency assets chosen by the user community. AAVE users can mint the stablecoin using the assets they have supplied as collateral. The assets will also earn income while being held as collateral.

Price has been holding onto the support level between 19,500$-17,700$ region. This has been a decent support now. However a strong hold is still required to keep things away from any further leg down.
Having said that both moves are of equal probability for now. Another leg down or a relief rally.
To trigger a relief rally price has to recapture the trailing EMA-12, this EMA has been lost since 4th April and has been resisting any upside call since then. Hence strength above 21,760$ is required to turn around the events in favor of bulls.
On contrary a leg down in our calculation and understanding is likely to be the last leg down after which we expect massive corrective cycle to take place spread across multiple weeks to months. Traders are advised to keep healthy cash flows incase of any further discount. Massive buying regions are seen between 16,200$-13,880$ regions and at 12,000$.
