Expected BTC level to bounce back is 8.8k, people who wish to open a long position 8.8k bounce can be good chance to scalp it.
We get emails what to do regarding BTC. NOBODY has a crystal ball, which is why our premium members like to see multiple sources of analysts. What do we suggest? Enter positions close to support points. Don’t try to catch a falling knife.
What did we do? We’ve shorted since 10,500 per our TA in the channel. We opened up partial positions at 9300. We’ll open up a portion more at 88-8900. If it doesn’t go to 8800 we’ll buy when the upswing is clear. At 8800 you setup a small short position with very tight stop-loss to hedge against a chance of major crash back to 7000
The key is don’t just wait completely in USDT for the perfect opportunity to buy. That’s too hard to do. If you believe BTC is going to 12k near term then find your buy points and hedge your trades.
Regarding ALTs we played with NANO for 25% profit earlier from Blockchain Whispers call, but not looking to catch that falling knife now. Too risky.
For short term: we sold most VEN today based on previous targets from palm beach. Rebrand is tomorrow and we expect a dump before a long term run. Why did we keep a very small %? These guys have been GREAT at marketing and we kept a little just in case they do a major partnership announcement also.
Long term holders will buy as much as possible on dip. If you hold VEN in wallet, you get THOR distributions. This is same as NEO’s GAS concept. If you have enough VEN/VET for a node you get % bonus of THOR. This is one of our favorites for 2018.
