The Australian dollar has rallied during last week, as it looks like we are still trying to recover from the massive selloff. The market is likely to find plenty of resistance above, especially near the 0.7000 level which was a major support level previously. In fact, we have yet to truly retest that area, so that might be what we are witnessing. The AUD is highly sensitive to the commodity markets, so you need to be aware of what’s going on over there. The commodity markets have been selling off. However the market cannot go in one direction forever, so that might be what we are seeing right now, a bit of a correction.
