A massive brawl broke out during the Dominican Day Parade in New York City, with multiple people trading punches in the middle of the crowd.

The fight quickly descended into chaos as bystanders gathered around.

A Madison police officer fatally shot 38-year-old Corey Ruiz during a chaotic struggle on a Wisconsin street.

Officers had chased Ruiz on a bicycle after responding to reports of him checking parked cars. During the attempt to restrain him on the ground, Ruiz pulled out a knife and injured an officer. Officers deployed Tasers but failed to subdue him. Seconds later, the injured officer fired three shots at close range. Ruiz was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

Four teenagers aged 14 to 19 were killed early Sunday when a pickup truck fleeing police at high speed launched off a viaduct in Chicago and slammed into a stationary railroad boxcar below.

Officers had attempted to stop the truck after someone inside reportedly pointed a rifle at them. Police called off the pursuit for safety reasons, but the vehicle later sped away again before the fatal crash.

Prolific DUI driver (Richard Stevenson, 45) decapitates a woman when he was allegedly drunk driving a pontoon boat 80 MPH in a no-wake zone.

Stevenson entered a no-wake zone and flew into the back of a boat, causing his boat to jump on top of it, decapitating a woman and injuring her husband. 2 passengers on Stevenson's boat fled the scene but were later interviewed by police and said Stevenson, who blew a .20 BAC, had taken several Fireball shots that day.

Stevenson, who has 3 prior DUI’s, faces three felony charges, including reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence.
