Your bulk SMS sending data should be tested and used which means that if you are testing the number of the operator Telstra, then you should make sure your bulk SMS sending message is also getting delivered to Telstra. If your test number belongs to Optus, then you need to confirm that your bulk data is also inboxing the message to the operator Optus.
