@admin (or /report) is a command available to students to attract the attention of the Sir/Ma'am (Professor) of the particular group, for example, if some other user is not respecting the group's rules. Just simply reply to that person's message for complaint (as shown in the image above ☝🏻) and write down @admin or /report to send your complaint to the professors and write why you are complaining (reason), for them to easily understand your complaint and take action against them.
