UPDATE - FDA shortens the booster interval for Moderna in the U.S. to at least 5 months for those 18 and older.
Just a couple of days ago the FDA said the period between second Moderna vaccine shot and booster should remain at 6 months.

This slide was taken from an FDA document from October 22, 2020 and provides a list of possible adverse event outcomes related to the Covid-19 vaccines.
The second table lists the number of adverse events and the number of deaths found in the VAERS data which match the outcomes listed from the FDA's slide.
In other words, the FDA warned us to watch out for these possible adverse events from the Covid-19 vaccines and then thousands of these adverse events leading to deaths got reported to the CDC.
But the CDC says ZERO of these deaths the are from the Covid-19 vaccines.
