We are getting a temporary break from incoming incoding and sun activity. It won't be long lived, but use this weekend to rest and recoopoate as best you can before we have the next wave. These small pockets of energetic reflection are going to be few and far between this year. You're going to notice especially as we are going into February and get that rush of aquarian energy paired with the heightened solar energy, that everything is going to become magnified now. Your emotions, the ups and downs. All of it. We are now going into the big stretch where the energies are climaxing into their peak stretch effectively from now until October when we get over the top of the Hill. Watch the body carefully during this time. You're going to notice it wants to detox quite heavily going forward. Recovery times will be longer and more rest will be needed. You will feel much more tired. Physical and emotional purges will begin to increase now. We are hitting some of the biggest peak ascension energies we are going to have delivered for some time. Be gentle with yourself and your body. I recommend that you go into your light body and repair or remove deficits and blockages because as your light body begins to become more active during these encodings that are coming in, it will inevitably affect the physical body more and more as the two merge. Get help from a professional healer if you don't know how this is done. Really Starting Feb 1st we are now in it for the long haul. The marathon session of ascension rolecoaster ascension symptoms and release. It's going to ask us unforgivingly to drop emotional and physical habits that we have been holding onto and you will see the changes begin to manifest at lightning pace now. Your words have unimaginable power and synchronicity will be working through your innate at incredible levels towards the end of this year bringing in everything you are imagining and speaking into existence. keep checking in with your consciousness around this time as we go into energetic overload. Where is this density originating from? Mental, Physical, Emosional, Light body - and how is it affecting me and where is it affecting me. Many of you will worry about your being ill or that something is wrong with you, as more of your light body infuses into you and you pick up on more of what the collective is doing in terms of its malfunction. If you have deficits in your light body, others light ( even narcastits ) will trigger it and it will feel like them, but that was the pre-contract roll for them to show you your blockages. The ego will not want to deal with this. Drop into the heart. As your torideral fields expand greatly this year, know when to take ownership of your own energy and not emphatically of the collective issues and then personalise them into issues that don't exist. We are going into a time of GREAT energy. Use it carefully and wisely. Become conscious of your consciousness. If you can't ask yourself or your guides the way I teach my clients to, then pick up a pendulum, program it and ask to get clear confirmation and validation. We are entering a moment of pure electricity and fire. Just look at the political energy in the USA. Jupiter-Uranus Conjunction in Taurus is around the corner. You came to work out of duality,  not to get sucked back into it. Stay centered. Things are about to get interesting. ( 2025 ) comically is a rest year in many ways, as was 2013 when Gaia ascended, many many things will play out before that.

On Wednesday we are due another large influx of energies pouring into the vicinity of space that our blue and green planet inhabits. Within this first quarter of 2024 many of the collective have undergone quite large cellular upgrades, but especially in the last 4 weeks. This can produce an array of physical results, mostly with the most overwhelming consideration being fatigue as the solar flooding takes off her mask and shows us what ascension is really about energetically. It is the awakened that will feel the most tired because your encoding is happening at the fastest rate now and it is you that needs to be ahead of the curve in order to hold the light frequencies for 2027 plus years now with 2025 being a rest year, and 2026 being a restructuring year. And so you will see now that these waves incoming are increasing in frequency. There is less latency in its incremental approaches, and therefore even the smaller waves will now have you feeling tired as less recuperation time has been available. 
On Wednesday we will have a medium strength wave hit us, however it will feel much bigger. Whilst scientific measurements of these energies exist, try not to get caught up into them initially because they will now start to feel stronger than the number in the run up to October now. This is why I urge you all to begin the practice of self care in a way you have not done before. You are not here to save everyone around you. You are here to prime yourself, upgrade, encode and get ready for the years 2027 onwards, but it will be difficult if you hit these marker points not having acclimated the correct downloads arriving at these way points in a state of unpreparedness due to exasperating your energies elsewhere trying to save those around you, many of which will be unsavable. Some of you will have contracts to help these people and some will not. Your battery power, especially until the end of this year, is very important. Use it sparingly and carefully. We are close to some wonderful cosmic markers, however your physical body still has a very long way to go. Decide carefully how you want to use it whilst inhabiting peak cosmic energy. Much Love. AQ

A new Sisterhood of the Rose interview with Cobra will be released later this week, but I wanted to share a small snippet of that today to inspire people for the booster meditation! 🌹

When asked about reaching critical mass for the April 8th meditation, Cobra said that "If critical mass is reached, it will begin a cycle of manifestation of our optimal future. A more positive future will start manifesting and this will start shifting the timeline for the United States into a more positive direction from that moment onward."

He also mentions later in the interview that "This is a moment of great potential -- great potential for good and also great potential for darkness, depending on what timeline will be decided and what people will do about that situation. If critical mass is reached, the U.S. will start gravitating toward the most positive timeline."

So hopefully it's clear how important our booster meditation is, and Lightworkers in the USA will be willing to miss some sleep tonight to do this! ENERGY UPDATE
Hello Wonderful Lightworkers How are you doing today?
Quite an intense energy update today. A week ago we had the total solar eclipse. Many of you will know by now that we are in a period of very exacerbated and highted energies on top. The effects of the total solar eclipse are on some level going to now be a bedrock energy for many things playing out over the next few months. Imagine the lease company calling you to say "Mr Smith - The term on your BMW has now come to an end. Someone will be coming to collect it at the end of the month. Would you like to have the same again or update to a Porsche?" For so many lightworkers out there with Akashic bias patterning the egoic logical fearing mind will want the BMW. The higher self views the ego's representation of the "Sky's the limit", with the sky being as low as the floor, will be screaming "Go for the Porsche. We NEED that upgrade in this energy. We need the new broadband frequency to keep going which is commensurate with this faster energy!" Some will be getting to work slower after taking the old BMW whilst those speeding down the highway in their new 911s will be laughing at the ascension energies in style with little or no resistance. Also take into account that we have just been through a couple of vibrational upgrades recently and the recent super moon energy is all about reaping the rewards of your labours as the dust settles whether that be through a great work-life balance or just having fun. Some of you will be seeing this and others not. Ultimately there is an energy of expansion / change that is already upon you or knocking at your door created in an exasperated energy that if left to resistance through fear logical perception is going to create at this point mental or physical issues as the pressure pot bubbles. If you are unable to FEEL this energy inside of yourself just look at the world. Iran launches an 'unprecedented' missile and drone attack on Israel just now. Where expansion and change could not find peace talks, we find an eruption happening with more war playing out. You have a few months now to let this expansion unfold. Remember, resistance specifically in this particular energy, with current effects on the human body, and the frequency at which the integrations are now coming up, spell a very special and specific energy and that is unique to this time. 2024 is a spicy meatball! The higerself is saying - "Chill. You can see the end goal in your imagination. Thats why im putting it there" The ego is saying "I'm not ready for this expansion, I can't see how it will play out, I can't see the road map" The higher self up on the boat sending the oxygen down to you on the seabed is saying "Chill Winston, I just called the Porsche dealership for you and it's already onroute" If you can relax and follow the signs, it will take a little longer, but not as long as the ego banging its head against the wall over and over. Remember - Your resistance will mirror back to you in your outer reality because an energetic milestone just passed us. This might either be a time of ease and style for you, or panic and unsettled thoughts and dreams. It will become evident with your friends and family as different frequencies intermingle and rise above each-others. You can see it playing out everywhere. As ever. On the only planet of total free will in this galaxy. What will your own personal freedom choose? Love and abundance or fear and repression internal and externally. Some of you can actually change the weather with your emotional body locally to your house. So this should be a breeze!
