A Channel migrant who was known to police in four countries murdered a restaurant owner at random after his asylum application was rejected, a court has heard.

Somalian national Haybe Cabdiraxmaan Nur, 47, plunged a knife into the chest of father-of-three Gurvinder Singh Johal, 37 at a Lloyds Bank in Derby, before 'calmly' walking out of the branch. He pleaded guilty to his murder in August.

“He stepped over the threshold so the assault happened in her own home. He had one foot in the door and one foot outside, and they had a conversation about her cat. He then asked her name and age and told her she looked young for her age, and then he gestures to the sofa and says to her, “No boyfriend or friends [at home]’.

“She lies and indicates to him yes, there was in the corridor, but there wasn’t at that point, and she was scared and unsettled as he gives her the bags [for delivery] and at that point he runs his hands down her body, down her breasts and [upper] body and was smiling as he did so.”

What an absolute clown show this country is.

'A migrant who arrived in the UK on a small boat and stabbed a customer to death in a bank has been jailed for life.

Haybe Cabdiraxmaan Nur was sentenced to a minimum 25 years in prison at Derby Crown Court for murdering Gurvinder Singh Johal shortly after he had angrily complained about his refused asylum application.

Nur was seen on CCTV attacking Johal with a kitchen knife at a Lloyds Bank Branch in St Peter's Street on 6 May.

Derby Crown Court heard Nur had called charity Migrant Help less than two hours earlier, saying he was “going to kill 500 people”, later suggesting he was going to target “doctors, police or people working at the Home Office”.'
