A man has been charged with murder following the discovery of the body of a two-year-old girl at an address in Chertsey on Thursday evening (25 June).
Kevin Kerjean, 31, (DOB 21/02/1995), a French national who was born in the Central African Republic, was also charged earlier today (27 June) with rape of a child under 13, and sexual assault of a child under 13, and has been remanded in custody.
He appeared at Guildford Magistrates' Court today and has been remanded ahead of his next appearance at Guildford Crown Court on Monday, 29 June.
