He encouraged his estranged wife June Chandler-Schwartz to allow their son Jordan to spend as much time with Jackson as possible.
Chandler then extracted one of his son Jordan's teeth.
While Jordan was under the effects of Amytal, a sedative with hypnotic properties, Chandler asked him if Jackson had ever touched his penis; Jordan supposedly said yes.
Instead of going to the Police Chandler and his legal team approached Jackson asking for $20 million dollars.

Saturday Night Live 'Comedian' Chloe Fineman has told Vanity Fair that when she worked as a Counsellor at Kids Camp Kee Tov she exposed her chest to a 6 year old boy then at one stage pulled his trousers down which resulted in her being fired.

The trial of a homosexual couple who adopted a baby boy will begin this month in Preston Crown Court in England.
Jamie Varley, aged 36, and John McGowan-Fazakerley, aged 31 stand accused of raping a 13 month old baby to death within 3 months of the child being placed in their care.
Varley denies the murder and manslaughter of Preston on 27 July 2023.
He has also pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault by penetration, five counts of cruelty and one count of grievous bodily harm.
He denies 12 counts of taking an indecent photo of a child, two counts of making an indecent photo of a child and one count of distributing an indecent photo of a child.

A film project supporting 'young refugees and asylum seekers' living in the Highlands has secured funding to continue for the next three years.
Compass Collective's Film Futures initiative has already produced two short films which have been viewed by more than 600 people at screenings in Inverness, Fort William and Evanton.
The charity, which has been awarded £87,717, said it hoped to help encourage "understanding and tolerance".
It said the group had faced a challenging year due to protests at asylum seeker accommodation, including in Inverness where the UK government plans to house up to 300 single men at the city's Cameron Barracks.
