Cardiff City Council closed the roads for the funeral of Darren Meah-Moore expecting large numbers as he was a 'local celeberity'.
The 39-year-old drag performer, who was a registered child sex offender, had met a man with a dog in the early hours in the cut-off street where they began to have sex with both.

A man in his 20s in Germany dragged a teenage girl he had never met before and jumped onto subway tracks, resulting in both being struck and killed by an oncoming train.
