3.Bg2 , declining the bishop exchange, then 3...Qa8 , preparing ...Qa2 and ...Ra8-a3 with strong pressure.
3...Bxf3 4.Rxf3 Rg7
Mission accomplished; the knight clearly outshines the bishop.
5.Kg2 Qd8 6.Kf1 Qf6 7.Rd3 h5!
By the threat ...h5-h4, Black provokes a new weakness.
