Caruana 🇺🇸 (2841.6, World #2) wins #TataSteelChess with 10/13 (+7=6) and now he is only 9.7 rating points behind of his personal live rating record (2851.3), which he achieved playing under the Italian flag.

David Anton had the better tiebreakers, but in the end he didn't need them as he qualified for the Masters by finishing clear 1st in the Challengers! Meanwhile the three 15-year-olds performed well after a slow start:
