Fischer vs Saidy US championship 1963/64 final round.
At this stage Fischer had 10/10 and in this game they entered a drawn Bishop vs Knight end-game with a slight advantage for Fischer.
He pushed and pushed and in the end Saidy cracked.
Fischer won with 11/11 a sensation!

So basically in every 25 years we have a new rating record.
It's interesting to look how ratings have changed durning history.
In 1970s there were only two 2700 players.
In 1990 Kasparov broke 2800.
And now there are ~40 2700 rated players and 13 players have been in 2800 club.
