💠 Notice on change of our U2200 Championship rule in relation to non Fide rated players

As the Unity management team we have received a raising concern & appeal to allow players 2300+ LICHESS Peak rating into our Events. Have considered the apply, we have decided to allow players with Official Lichess Username or accounts whose lichess peak rating in 2300+. Hence the following & this takes effect starting with our next U2200 Championship.

🔷 Regulations

1⃣ Players must use their Official Lichess accounts.

2⃣ Player category for Fide Unrated with Lichess rating above 2300 will be determined by Subtracting 200 Points from player Peak rating, for example a player with 2350 rating minus 200 points =2150 hence will play in 2100-2199 category.

🔵 Kindly note this Only applies to players with 2300+ lichess peak rating. All other players we will continue to determine category by Subtracting 100 points from peak rating.

🌐 The goal of this tournament is to provide a safe environment where chess players can compete and enjoy the games. Wish everyone good luck!
