15.Nxe4 Bxe4 Black's position is fine at this point.
15.h3 would allow Black to activate his knight on a6: 15...Nb4 16.g4 Bd7 17.Nxe4 dxe4 18.Nd2 f5 19.Nc4 Nd5.
