Spassky vs Tal 1958 USSR championship. To be honest it looks like Tal is about to fall asleep :D.
Spassky had to win the game, in order to qualify for the interzonal, so he refused a draw offer from Tal, already in the opening, but he blundered in the endgame and lost.

Dear participants,

First of all, I would like to thank every one of you for all the support you give us. My team members and I receive many letters from players with lots of love and support, and this encourages us to make our event even bigger and stronger! We carefully read every suggestion, every concern you have –it’s important for us.

We understand that increasing prize fund will help a lot of chess players in this difficult economic situation all over the world.

After careful thinking and discussions with the team, we decided to eliminate King/Queen Project and go to monthly event instead of weekly.

Therefore, this decision made it possible to raise prize fund to $5000!

♦️We added $420 in prize fund to promote chess in Africa;
♦️In every rating category from unrated to U2400 and age categories U8-U16 added special prizes for girls;
♦️$1000 was added for Open and Women’s section.

For more details, prizes and dates of the tournament, please check the regulation.

Hope you enjoy this MEGA Event!

Regards,
Pedram Atoufi
