📘 An amazing position! Even though the chess engine gives white the advantage of +6, the game is drawn, and there is no way that White would be able to break through Black's position.

With the idea of Bxc3 and transferring the knight to c4, making the position slightly better for Black.

📘In this line of Caro-kann white tries to prevent black from developing his bishop from f5 or g4. As both 7...Bg4 and 7...Bf5 will be refuted by Qb3, and 7...e6 closes the bishop, black should play the logical 7...Qc7.
Now 8.Nf3 does not work as after 8...Bg4 9.Bxf7?? Kxf7 10.Ne5 Qxe5! Black wins.
Trying to close the Bc8 by playing 8.Qb3 e6 can hardly bring any advantage for white as the queen is misplaced on b3.
It seems that the best practical chances to fight for an advantage relies in the move played by Guseinov in this game.
7...Qc7 8.Qf3!?
An interesting move which helps white to play Bf4 and prevents black from playing Bf5. 8.Qf3 was introduced by Tseshkovsky in 1986. Still, it seems that after 8...Bg4 white can hardly prove any advantage.

18...Qh5!
Increasing his pressure over light squares and preventing white from playing h5, the black queen is threatening to take e2 after B.c3! In addition, black is considering the possibility of an exchange sacrifice on f4.
