Black is a pawn ahead and finds an interesting tactical way to simplify to a favorable endgame.

35... Rb4??
A terrible blunder. Now, after exchanging the rooks, obviously White will soon win the b-pawn and the game!

42.Qg3!
The damage done to White's kingside pawns is of no concern compared to the freedom of action White's pieces achieve on the queenside. The game continued:
42...Qxg3 43.fxg3 Be5 44.Rxc7 Bxc7
The position remains very hard to win, but at least White now has the initiative. Ivanchuk's persistence and technique finally brought home the point.
45.Kg1 Nc2 46.Bd2+/-.

Komodo 12 with some serious problems in #TCEC Premier Division. It couldn't withstand neither #Houdini nor #Stockfish and lost to the both engines in two consecutive games.
