Before continuing his plan Black makes a few prophylactic moves in order to neutralize White's Nf6+ idea.
3.Qg2 Kh8 4.Ne2
Or 4.Ng3 Bxg3! , followed by ...Ne5.
4...Ne5 5.Nd4 Bb4
Thus Black avoids a fork on f5 before completing the knight maneuver.
6.Bc3 Bxc3+ 7.bxc3 Nd3+ 8.Kf1 Qc5
With better placed pieces and a strong passed pawn, Black has a clear advantage.
