2022 FIDE Grand Prix Berlin R6: Nakamura Reaches Semifinals On Day Of Nerves

On the last day of the #FIDEGrandPrix group stage, Nakamura joined Aronian in the semifinal lineup while Groups B and D will be decided in tiebreaks tomorrow.

After a tense and exciting last round of the pool stage of the Berlin FIDE Grand Prix, Hikaru Nakamura holds a very important draw while Richard Rapport and Leinier Dominguez score crucial victories to reach tie-breaks.

After Levon Aronian (pool C), Hikaru Nakamura also advances to the semi-finals (A), while the other two pools will see tie-breaks tomorrow: Wojtaszek-Rapport (B) and So-Dominguez (D).
