At the Havana olympiad 1966 Fischer had a winning position against Spassky, but the game ended in a draw. The story goes that after the game Fischer pointed out an "improvement", but Spassky quickly refuted it. After that Fischer was so upset that he said: He got embarrassed.

2022 FIDE Grand Prix Berlin R6: Nakamura Reaches Semifinals On Day Of Nerves
After a tense and exciting last round of the pool stage of the Berlin FIDE Grand Prix, Hikaru Nakamura holds a very important draw while Richard Rapport and Leinier Dominguez score crucial victories to reach tie-breaks.
After Levon Aronian (pool C), Hikaru Nakamura also advances to the semi-finals (A), while the other two pools will see tie-breaks tomorrow: Wojtaszek-Rapport (B) and So-Dominguez (D).
