Today is the 5th anniversary of my induction into the US Chess Hall of Fame. I remember tearing up when I was told the news. It’s an honor and privilege to stand alongside many of my heroes and heroines. It’s a day I will never forget.

FIDE & Cook County Sheriff's Office (USA) have signed a cooperation agreement, and together we are launching the “𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺” program.

The project will kick off with an online conference and an exhibition tournament on May 11.
