The superstar of Latin American chess Oscar Panno turned 86 today.

He played for Argentina in Chess Olympiads 11 times and won multiple international events, but his career peak was competing in the 1956 Candidates tournament. He also pursued his civil engineering career.

Vassily Ivanchuk, pictured, according to the archive, in Moscow in 1988. I believe, though, that the photo is from the televised Moscow rapid tournament of May 1987, in which Ivanchuk was on Board 8 for the 'Younger Generation' team.
