At the 1970 Palma de Mallorca Interzonal, round 2. Fischer was playing against Smyslov, and Smyslov offered a draw in the opening, but Fischer answered - I don't take draws under move 40. Which isn't really true, as Fischer did draw few games under move 40 in this tournament.
