💵 Participants of every #checkmatecoronavirus tournament have a chance to win some of 1500+ special prizes from FIDE - International Chess Federation, including 64 one-week invitations to the 2021 Chess Olympiad in Moscow. ♟Unity Chess Club used to organize different kinds of over-the-board tournaments, but temporarily due to the pandemic, they have now moved online. Their “Sundays with Unity” event is an international weekly online chess tournament with a $1400 prize fund for each week.
🤩 The tournament has many top GMs participating in it. Among them are GM Gata Kamsky (USA), GM Parham Maghsoodloo (IRI), GM Praggnanandhaa (IND). More than 400 titled players! Every week “Sundays with Unity” has 800+ participants!
🏆 Prizes are available for more than 100 players:
- Top 10 players,
- Best among women, seniors, U12, U16,
- Rating category prizes (U2400, U2300, U2200, U2100, U2000, U1900, U1800, U1700, U1600, U1500, U1400)
- Lucky prizes
The 50th, 100th, 150th, 200th, 250th, 300th, 350th, 400th, 450th, 500th, 550th, 600th, 650th, 700th, 750th, 800th, 850th, 900th, 950th, and 1000th places that will be announced at the end of the tournament by Lichess.
