DE: Das muss ich euch erzählen!
Ich habe Löwenzahnblüten gepflückt – pralle, frische Blütenköpfe für Salat und Tee. Ich habe sie gewaschen, auf einem Backblech ausgebreitet und an einen dunklen Ort gestellt.
Am nächsten Morgen öffneten sich die Blüten zur gleichen Zeit wie die auf der Wiese – obwohl sie abgeschnitten worden waren, obwohl sie im Dunkeln gelegen hatten, wussten sie, wann es Zeit war. Und am Abend schlossen sie sich wieder.
Am nächsten Tag traute ich meinen Augen kaum: Die Löwenzahnblüten hatten Samenköpfe gebildet! Der kleine Blütenkopf in der Mitte ist fertig, die gelbe Blüte ist abgefallen und durch zarten weißen Flaum ersetzt worden.
Die Schöpfung ist vollkommen und so mächtig! Ich bin voller Ehrfurcht. Und wir sind Teil dieser Schöpfung.

Le lendemain matin, les fleurs se sont ouvertes en même temps que celles de la prairie – bien qu’elles aient été coupées, bien qu’elles aient reposé dans l’obscurité, elles savaient quand il était temps. Et le soir, elles se sont refermées.
Le lendemain, je n'en croyais pas mes yeux : les fleurs de pissenlit avaient formé des capitules ! La petite fleur au centre est arrivée à maturité, la fleur jaune est tombée et a été remplacée par un duvet blanc et délicat.
La création est parfaite et si puissante ! Je suis émerveillée. Et nous faisons partie de cette création.

Colhi flores de dente-de-leão – cabeças de flor carnudas e frescas para salada e chá. Lavei-as, espalhei-as num tabuleiro de ir ao forno e coloquei-as num local escuro.
Na manhã seguinte, as flores abriram-se ao mesmo tempo que as do prado – apesar de terem sido cortadas, apesar de terem ficado no escuro, elas sabiam quando era a hora certa. E à noite, fecharam-se novamente.
No dia seguinte, mal acreditei nos meus olhos: as flores de dente-de-leão tinham formado sementes! A pequena cabeça de flor no meio está pronta, a flor amarela caiu e foi substituída por uma delicada penugem branca.
A criação é perfeita e tão poderosa! Estou cheia de reverência. E nós fazemos parte dessa criação.

Il giorno dopo non credevo ai miei occhi: i fiori di tarassaco avevano formato dei capolini! Il piccolo capolino al centro è maturo, il fiore giallo è caduto ed è stato sostituito da una delicata peluria bianca.
La creazione è perfetta e così potente! Sono piena di stupore. E noi siamo parte di questa creazione.

DE: Liebe Freunde, dieser Kanal ist für mich ein Herzensanliegen. Der soll Zuversicht, Hoffnung und Glauben an eigene Kraft sprenden und diese Kraft bündeln. Ich glaube fest daran, dass alles im Geiste beginnt, dass der Geist frei zu sein hat. Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass wir widerstandsfähig und stark sind, wenn wir darauf vertrauen, dass die Schöpfung perfekt ist und so auch wir als Teil dieser Schöpfung.
Und doch poste ich kaum noch hier. Ich habe Teile meiner Familie in der Ukraine und Israel. Ich bin zu sehr in Sorge, mir fehlt gerade die Geisteskraft, die ich für ein aufrichtiges Gespräch mit euch brauche.
Umso wichtiger ist es für mich, dass ihr noch da seid. Bitte seid im Geiste zusammen jeden Tag um 15:00 Uhr Londoner Zeit und nehmt mich und meine Lieben in eure Gedanken und Gebete mit. Darum bitte ich euch von Herzen.
Ich werde zurück kommen, ich werde etwas posten, sobald ich mit dem Herzen dabei bin. Danke für euer Sein.

ES: Queridos amigos, este canal es para mí una cuestión que me llega al corazón. Su objetivo es infundir confianza, esperanza y fe en nuestras propias fuerzas, y canalizar esa energía. Creo firmemente que todo comienza en el espíritu, y que el espíritu debe ser libre. Estoy firmemente convencida de que somos resilientes y fuertes cuando confiamos en que la creación es perfecta y, por lo tanto, también lo somos nosotros como parte de ella.
Y, sin embargo, ya casi no publico nada aquí. Tengo parte de mi familia en Ucrania e Israel. Estoy demasiado preocupada; en este momento me falta la fuerza espiritual que necesito para mantener una conversación sincera con vosotros.

DE: Lichtblicke
Ich hatte einen Autounfall und wartete auf die Polizei mit einem mulmigen Gefühl. In den Corona-Jahren auf diversen Demos wurde ich von der Polizei geschubst, grob angefasst, „kalt geduscht“. Der Taxifahrer, der mich gerammt hat, wiederholte verstört, dass ich gar nicht da war. Am liebsten wäre ich wirklich nicht da, um keine Berührungen mit der Polizei zu haben, am liebsten würde ich ins Auto steigen und davon fahren. Das war keine Option, und ich kämpfte mit dem Widerwillen.
Es dauerte gut 30 min, bis die Polizei antraf. Während dieser Zeit blieben die meisten Autofahrer stehen und fragten, ob wir Hilfe brauchen. „Sind das Menschen, die Teil der organisierten Segregation waren?“ fragte ich mich. Auf welcher Seite der unsere Gesellschaft teillenden Barrikaden sind sie?
Das kümmerte diese Menschen nicht und sollte mich nicht kümmern. Nach den Jahren der gelebten Menschenverachtung sind Menschen menschlich geblieben. Das ist der Lichtblick. Da können wir ansetzen, darauf sollten wir bauen.
Und dann kam die Polizei. Zwei Beamten – Mitte 30 und Anfang 40 würde ich sagen – waren freundlich, empathisch, hilfsbereit. Kein Knopf im Ohr, um Handlungen zu triggern, wie ich sie in den letzten Jahren beobachtet habe. Natürlich fragte ich mich, ob sie mitgemacht haben, mitmachen würden. Ich fragte mich aber auch, ob sie Kinder zu Hause hatten, vielleicht pflegebedürftige Eltern, Hypothek, ob sie es sich leisten konnten, den Befehl zu verweigern und ihren Job zu verlieren. Auch für uns gilt: Das Menschsein ist der Lichtblick.

I’d been in a car accident and was waiting for the police with a queasy feeling. During the pandemic years, at various protests, I’d been shoved by the police, roughly handled, and “cold-showered.” The taxi driver who rammed into me kept repeating, flustered, that I wasn’t even there. I really would have preferred not to be there, to avoid any contact with the police; I would have loved to get into the car and drive away. That wasn’t an option, and I struggled with my reluctance.
It took a good 30 minutes for the police to arrive. During that time, most drivers stopped and asked if we needed help. “Are these people who were part of the organized segregation?” I wondered. Which side of the barricades dividing our society are they on?
That didn’t matter to these people, and it shouldn’t matter to me. After years of lived contempt for humanity, people have remained human. That is the ray of hope. That is where we can start; that is what we should build on.
And then the police arrived. Two officers—in their mid-30s and early 40s, I’d say—were friendly, empathetic, and helpful. No earbud to trigger actions, as I’ve observed in recent years. Of course, I wondered if they had gone along with it, if they would go along with it. But I also wondered if they had children at home, perhaps parents in need of care, a mortgage—if they could afford to refuse the order and lose their job. For us, too, being human is the ray of hope.

Я попала в автомобильную аварию и с тревожным предчувствием ждала полицию. В годы пандемии на различных демонстрациях полиция меня толкала, грубо хватала и обливала холодной водой. Таксист, который в меня врезался, взволнованно повторял, что меня там вообще не было. Мне бы очень хотелось действительно не быть там, чтобы не иметь никаких контактов с полицией, мне бы очень хотелось сесть в машину и уехать. Это было невозможно, и я боролась с нежеланием.
Прошло добрых 30 минут, прежде чем прибыла полиция. За это время большинство водителей останавливались и спрашивали, нужна ли нам помощь. «Неужели это те люди, которые участвовали в организованной сегрегации?» — задала я себе вопрос. На какой стороне баррикад, разделяющих наше общество, они находятся?
Этих людей это не волновало, и меня это не должно было волновать. После многих лет пренебрежения к людям люди остались людьми. Это луч надежды. С этого мы можем начать, на этом мы можем строить.
И вот приехала полиция. Два офицера — я бы сказал, лет 35–40 — были дружелюбны, сочувственны, готовы помочь. Без наушников, которые бы давали команды, как я наблюдал в последние годы. Конечно, я задавалась вопросом, участвовали ли они, будут ли участвовать. Но я также задавалась вопросом, есть ли у них дома дети, может быть, родители, нуждающиеся в уходе, долги, могут ли они себе позволить отказаться выполнять приказ и потерять работу. Для нас тоже в силе: человечность — это луч надежды.

ES: Un rayo de esperanza
Tuve un accidente de coche y esperaba a la policía con una sensación de inquietud. Durante los años de la pandemia, en diversas manifestaciones, la policía me empujó, me tocó de forma brusca y me «dió una ducha fría». El taxista que me embistió repetía, desconcertado, que yo ni siquiera estaba allí. Lo que más me hubiera gustado era no estar allí, para no tener ningún contacto con la policía; lo que más me hubiera gustado era subirme al coche y marcharme. Eso no era una opción, y luché contra mi renuencia.
La policía tardó unos buenos 30 minutos en llegar. Durante ese tiempo, la mayoría de los conductores se detuvieron y nos preguntaron si necesitábamos ayuda. «¿Son estas personas las que formaban parte de la segregación organizada?», me pregunté. ¿De qué lado de las barricadas que dividen nuestra sociedad se encuentran?
A esas personas no les importaba y a mí tampoco debería importarme. Tras años de desprecio hacia las personas, la gente ha seguido siendo humana. Ese es el rayo de esperanza. Ahí es donde podemos empezar, en eso debemos basarnos.
Y entonces llegó la policía. Dos agentes —de unos treinta y tantos y cuarenta y pocos, diría yo— fueron amables, empáticos y serviciales. Sin ningún auricular en la oreja para activar acciones, como he observado en los últimos años. Por supuesto, me pregunté si habían colaborado, si colaborarían. Pero también me pregunté si tenían hijos en casa, quizá padres que necesitaran cuidados, una hipoteca, si podían permitirse desobedecer la orden y perder su trabajo. Para nosotros también es así: lo humano es lo que nos da esperanza.

FR: Une lueur d'espoir
J'ai eu un accident de voiture et j'attendais la police avec un sentiment de malaise. Au cours des années de la pandémie, lors de diverses manifestations, j'ai été bousculée par la police, malmenée, aspergée d'eau froide. Le chauffeur de taxi qui m’avait percuté répétait, bouleversé, que je n’étais pas là. J’aurais vraiment préféré ne pas être là pour éviter tout contact avec la police ; j’aurais préféré monter dans la voiture et partir. Ce n’était pas une option, et je luttais contre ma réticence.
Il a fallu une bonne demi-heure avant que la police n'arrive. Pendant ce temps, la plupart des automobilistes se sont arrêtés pour nous demander si nous avions besoin d'aide. « S'agit-il de personnes qui ont participé à cette ségrégation organisée ? », me suis-je demandé. De quel côté des barricades qui divisent notre société se trouvent-ils ?
Cela n’avait aucune importance pour ces personnes, et cela ne devrait pas m’en faire. Après des années de mépris pour l’humanité, les gens sont restés humains. C’est une lueur d’espoir. C’est là que nous pouvons commencer, c’est là-dessus que nous devons nous appuyer.
Et puis la police est arrivée. Deux agents – la trentaine et la quarantaine, je dirais – étaient aimables, empathiques, serviables. Pas d’oreillette pour déclencher des actions, comme j’ai pu l’observer ces dernières années. Bien sûr, je me suis demandé s’ils avaient participé, s’ils participeraient. Mais je me suis aussi demandé s'ils avaient des enfants à la maison, peut-être des parents dépendants, un crédit immobilier, s'ils pouvaient se permettre de désobéir à l'ordre et de perdre leur emploi. Pour nous aussi, c'est l'humanité qui fait la différence.

Tive um acidente de carro e esperava pela polícia com uma sensação de mal-estar. Durante os anos da pandemia, em várias manifestações, fui empurrada pela polícia, manuseada de forma rude e «banhada com água fria». O taxista que me embateu repetia, perturbado, que eu nem sequer estava ali. Na verdade, preferia não estar ali, para não ter qualquer contacto com a polícia; preferia entrar no carro e ir-me embora. Isso não era uma opção, e lutei contra a relutância.
Demorou uns bons 30 minutos até a polícia chegar. Durante esse tempo, a maioria dos condutores parou e perguntou se precisávamos de ajuda. «Será que estas pessoas fizeram parte da segregação organizada?», perguntei-me. De que lado das barricadas que dividem a nossa sociedade é que elas estão?
Isso não importava para essas pessoas e não devia importar para mim. Após anos de desprezo humano vivido, as pessoas continuaram a ser humanas. Esse é o raio de esperança. É por aí que podemos começar, é nisso que devemos apostar.
E então chegou a polícia. Dois agentes – na casa dos 30 e no início dos 40, diria eu – foram simpáticos, empáticos, prestáveis. Sem fones de ouvido para acionar ações, como tenho observado nos últimos anos. É claro que me perguntei se eles tinham participado, se participariam. Mas também me perguntei se teriam filhos em casa, talvez pais que precisassem de cuidados, uma hipoteca, se teriam condições de recusar a ordem e perder o emprego. Também para nós vale o seguinte: a humanidade é a luz no fim do túnel.

IT: Un raggio di speranza
Ho avuto un incidente stradale e stavo aspettando la polizia con una sensazione di disagio. Durante gli anni del Covid, in diverse manifestazioni, sono stata spintonata dalla polizia, trattata con rudezza e sottoposta a «docce fredde». Il tassista che mi ha tamponato ripeteva sconvolto che io non c’ero affatto. Avrei voluto davvero non esserci, per non avere alcun contatto con la polizia; avrei voluto salire in macchina e andarmene. Ma non era un’opzione, e ho lottato contro la mia riluttanza.
Ci sono voluti ben 30 minuti prima che arrivasse la polizia. Nel frattempo, la maggior parte degli automobilisti si è fermata per chiederci se avessimo bisogno di aiuto. «Sono forse persone che hanno preso parte alla segregazione organizzata?», mi sono chiesto. Da quale parte delle barricate che dividono la nostra società si trovano?
A queste persone non importava e non avrebbe dovuto importare nemmeno a me. Dopo anni di disprezzo per l’umanità, le persone sono rimaste umane. Questo è il barlume di speranza. È da qui che possiamo partire, su questo dovremmo costruire.
E poi è arrivata la polizia. Due agenti – direi sulla trentina e poco più di quarant’anni – si sono dimostrati cordiali, comprensivi e disponibili. Nessun auricolare per ricevere comandi, come invece ho visto negli ultimi anni. Naturalmente mi sono chiesto se avessero assecondato quelle pratiche, o se lo avrebbero fatto. Ma mi sono anche chiesto se avessero figli a casa, magari genitori bisognosi di cure, un mutuo da pagare, se potessero permettersi di disobbedire agli ordini e perdere il lavoro. Anche per noi vale lo stesso: l’umanità è il raggio di speranza.
