اول مننطي هذا الدوه من خلال الـIV وبسبب High blood flow to CNS و high lipid solubility of thiopental
الدوه راح يصيرله Distribution للCNS و بالتالي يفرز anesthesia ويسوي اغماء للمريض
بعد فترة قليلة راح يصير Redistrbution لل Drug و راح ينتقل ببطئ من الCNS للـ Skeletal muscle و Adipose tissue
وراح يكعد المريض ( ينتهي مفعول الدوه )
يعني بعد فترة الدوه يخلص مو وره فترة يبدي مفعوله مثل ما مذكور بالسؤال
