Hmm… I suspect something completely weird might happen with BTC. I look around and all I see is:

“BTC will go to the 80s and move back down for a retracement, then rally.”
“BTC will go to the 80s and move back to the 50s and 40s for the proper bull.”

To be fair, the first idea seems more likely. The second isn’t that likely, but it wouldn’t surprise anyone given the recent months in price action.

What’s totally unexpected would be BTC going to its ATH without any retracement at all.
To continue punishing the bears and make it funny, it just keeps ripping 😂

Of course, another ironic scenario would be that BTC suddenly turns around and heads to the 30s and remain there till year’s end.

I guess what I’m saying is, I’m seeing a lot of very similar analysis online, some of it similar to mine, and I don’t like it.

We can’t all be right, so it makes me wonder what strange thing BTC can do.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ 🤔

we closed a weekly candle above the 65.7k zone. I am now more than 80% convinced that the bottom is in.

I've began counting the moves on the lower TF. If that high get's taken, then i will have to restart my count but for now, this is how i see it. $btc

My idea for the top of this move is beginning to look different from all the TA I see on x and I’m liking it. Send that thing to 87k (ultimately 😆). In the meantime, there’s still a chance for a retracement.

This is like the 1000th chart i’ve seen on x that looks like this. If you remember, this was our position as well and still is for the most part. However, It is why I’m super interested in the LTFs after this move up because We can’t all be right! Let’s see what new development we’ll have tmr.

The rally is SPOT-driven!

Aside from the short squeeze, I suspect Iran learned its lesson when the US froze the stablecoins they were collecting as tolls at the Strait of Hormuz, and has now pivoted to Bitcoin amid the economic isolation the US wants to impose on them. Perhaps its partners, like China, are in on it as well.

Just in case you didn’t know.. the consensus is this:

Spot driven = Real money flowing in aka healthy.
In this case, price is being pushed up mainly by people actually buying and holding the real asset in the spot market.
It reflects genuine demand and accumulation.. so buyers are less likely to be forced out by liquidations.

Futures driven = more speculative with leverage.. aka unhealthy!

Something to note on BTC:

It’s always dumped on its yearly open (see the “here” on the chart). In fact, the COVID crash came after that yearly open retest. Now, our yearly open is at 87,871.

Bitcoin has never taken its ATH in a bear market year. So, historically speaking, the chances of Bitcoin surpassing its ATH this year are extremely low. However, this is a changing asset, so we can’t be too certain.

i know the chart looks messy (my apologies) but it's my historical chart.. I can't remove the lines and stuff as it took me a lot of time to set it up.
