Need Advice & Genuine Suggestions

I have been going through a professional emotional turmoil since the past 10 days (since the upsc results have been out).
Then in the past 10 days, i have seen a very dirty game where institutes with deep pockets have applied the best marketing strategy and team to somehow showcase rankers as their students.
Gifts, hampers, iphones, flight tickets, going to their homes, spreading viral reels on every channel.
Whereas when those students were actually struggling in various phases, these institutions were nowhere to be found, other than the interview phase (again courtsey to their deep pockets)
When those students come and meet us in person, they are filled with genuine emotional gratitude. Even to the extent that some students have said about these dirty tactics on camera.

My biggest concern is that seeing these tactics of 500+ claims, a lot of students who are not aware of the reality, will fall for all of this and waste their years n years and ofcourse money and mental peace.
I don’t really have an issue with any institution coz they are in the business of making money and they are good at it.

The genuine suggestion that I need is :

1. How do you bring the real issue, the real result out to existing and new students and save them from a trap of coachings that have actually zero Prelims/Mains results?
That they have not invested in actual content, actual understanding of the exam, actual mentorship.
Never burnt the midnight oil for students yet will trap new students on the basis of marketing strategies.
& you can’t compete with them in terms of resources or in terms of reach.

2. How do you reach to more number of right aspirants and give them the correct guidance that they need?
