1. I was highly affected when people who were close to me, friends and students, didn't clear despite their hard work. So i was affected, I was perplexed.
2. I was busy with the interview guidance program, my health and launching YPLP.
3. I was silently observing everything that was going around. A Tranquil Spectator.

But ab baat karne ki zarurat bhi hai or waqt bhi.
To Aaj subha baat karte hai.

I am giving you a task :
Have you ever felt deceived, cheated or have you ever been a victim of ANY SORT OF PAID MISGUIDANCE? ANY?
And then have you felt helpless, unheard and clueless.
Keep your side of the story ready.
We will give a voice to it.
Today!!
You paid the fees,
Then you were cheated,
You couldn't do anything at all.
Because nobody goes to consumer forums for this.
Now, we will give you the platform to voice your issue, to hear similar frauds.

And remember, its not just your discretion, it's your responsibility. What happened to you, should not happen to anybody else.

I was trying to recall my year and I saw that it has been of so many ups n downs.
Starting the year with interview preparation.
In the middle of the year, facing such a setback that threw me back to ground.
But somehow regathering and giving prelims that i didn't study a day for.
Clearing prelims.
Preparing for mains.
Getting my 3rd consecutive interview call.

After all these months of struggles, ups, downs.
Was there something that remained constant and consistent despite everything else around.

Yes, it was people. The people remained consistent.
In whatever shape, size, form, numbers. But it is just the people around you or who you are associated with in one way or another that remain consistent.

I had people in my interview prep who I was discussing newspapers with at 4 in the morning.

I had people who guided, supported and helped me when i thought of coming up with UNDERSTAND.

I had people by my side, giving me unwavering support when I faced the final result setback.

I had people who trusted me with their entire mains preparation. Sat in my sessions, made notes, trusted my words.

I had people who gave selfless hours as mentors and teachers in UNDERSTAND. Never asked anything in return.

I had people during my anxious times before the mains exams or before the mains results.

I am lucky to have thousands of people who have been praying for me, wishing for me.

Then there are always some people who you grow apart from. Who played some role, but then due to some reasons, you will lose touch.

You cry with people, you grow with people, you laugh and make memories with people. You are where you are coz of "People".

And for me, 2023 has been about people. Friends, family, support system, aspirants, students, YT, TG, har jagah.

People convert U to US!

I dedicate this entire year to my people. Thanku for everything.
I wish I am there with you and for all of you in this new year as you all have been there for me in this passing year.

We have the personality tests starting today.
I truly wish the best of luck, fortune, courage to all those who will step into the arena every single day.
I know you might be feeling nervous.. a little bit.. thinking about your turn.

But here are a few things that i want you to focus on, whenever it's your day. (These are not random gyans, they will work for you if you believe in them and use them at the right time.)

1. You have worked really hard to stand where you are standing. Trust your hardwork. Months n years of hardwork.

2. Fortune has already played its part in your success. It's already going ur way. So it will be on your side now as well.

3. This is not at all tricky. U just have to present a picture of urself to them. An honest person, a hardworking person, ready to learn and serve. That's it. Leave the rest to the wisdom of the members.

4. The corridors that you are walking through to attend this personality test. The destiny makers of this nation have walked through these corridors. The best administrators, the best diplomats, the best police personnel, the best officers.
People who have shaped the destiny of this nation. You are lucky and fortunate to walk where their footsteps once fell.

5. The people sitting on that panel are intelligent, smart but most of all, filled with wisdom.
Trust their wisdom. They are selecting you because they want to pass the baton of nation building into your able hands. They will see the good things, the right required things in you. Just trust their experience.

6. Above all, last but the most important, prayers. You have a lot of prayers and folded hands behind you. Nothing beats it.

Just be there, like any other day, just go and have a great conversation with the best of the best able administrative minds of this country.

You will emerge victorious.
You will come out on top of everything.
You have a great personality, thus you are bound to rise and shine in its test. ⭐ ✨

On behalf of all the students, I pay my gratitude to The CCPA & Ministry who have taken an absolutely praiseworthy stand to give guidelines to P/Coaching Institutes to be True and Ethical.

Basically it's time for Poaching Institutes to start following the Ethics paper (that they teach so badly).

The best two guidelines are :
1. Mention the course, it's duration and if it was paid/free.
(You know there are institutes that have claimed ranks just by their Trash 30 minutes Personality Test Programs)
