What Mentorship means actually?

This is an image from today's Cricket World Match between Afghanistan and Sri Lanka.

The mentor/ coach of Afghanistan team set the mini targets for his team. Off course, they must have been trained earlier for the match.

The players followed the same template with some modifications according to match conditions and won the match in 45.2 overs.

This is what Mentorship actually does. It provides a way. But if you don't walk on that, then you will only see the flagpole from a distance.

You are supposed to work after getting the guidance. No coach will chase the target for you on field. If someone is saying so, he is just trying to fool you around.
Always remember, in examination hall, only admit card , pen and you will be given entry.

Keep walking on the road. Don't be complacent.
